Allow streamers who are building viewer counts towards Partner status to eliminate some low viewership streams from their average.
There are streamers who are putting in a major effort building up their channels, trying to keep their viewership counts high to gain consideration for Twitch Partner status. In doing that, they may avoid taking a chance with a particular stream(s) that's a bit different, for fear that it would harm their overall concurrent viewer count - so they avoid doing those types of streams. These are very talented, skilled streamers who may have a very unique creative talent to share that would be a tremendous benefit to less served portions of the Twitch community. The idea would be to give those streamers some slack in their efforts toward Partner viewership count requirements or maybe allow them to exclude some portion of their stream hours from being counted in their concurrent viewer average. Twitch really needs that streaming diversity and should work towards encouraging it. It's a win-win for everyone.

I believe there's a fundamental problem with the path to pro achievements, we all like to think that when we meet all the requirements we get partnered when in reality it's the bare minimum to apply for a partnership. If they made that more clear i think it'd fix a couple of the issues you've presented.

Diversity in streaming is a great way for artists and gamers to show their many talents. This will allow them to do so without being punished!

This would be a great way for streamers with multiple different talents to be able to showcase those on different occasions. I think it shows an even stronger commitment to become partner that they are trying different avenues in trying to reach a wider audience in doing multiple things they love.
