    As a mod I would love to see this suggestion highly promoted! I love that I can now add a comment when I time someone out, but there needs to be a way for mods and streamers to centrally manage the banned list.

  2. Allow streamers who are building viewer counts towards Partner status to eliminate some low viewership streams from their average.

    Diversity in streaming is a great way for artists and gamers to show their many talents. This will allow them to do so without being punished!
