Ban List visible to all moderators of the channel
Currently, the only way to view people banned from the channel is the channel settings. I think it would be very useful to have some kind of moderator dashboard which displays it as well.
Each entry on the ban list should include: date, current username, mod who performed the action and a space for adding the reason of the ban (editable by the mod and channel editors). It could also be useful if the entry listed up to 5 recent messages by that person posted before getting banned.
The list itself should be searchable by username.
When a user gets unbanned, the entry should stay on the list with some kind of indication that the user is not banned anymore. Additionally, it would be convenient if the unbanning was noted in the entry if the user gets banned again but search feature itself (listing both cases) would be good enough in that situation.
Currently, many channels create lists outside of Twitch to keep track of the bans but with the name change feature being released and no way of checking previous username of the person, it may become more difficult. Ban lists are important to avoid accidental bans and to be able to clear the situation when people ask to be unbanned.

Found this after trying to search for a user in a channel. The current Mod Actions list doesn't keep a record of actions older than a few months. There is also the /user command, but that only works if you know the exact username. So having a moderation list tool that can be searchable / sorted by Username, Timeouts, and Bans for the entire history of the channel would give a better overview for mods.

It's definitely been a while since this idea was created, but as far as I'm aware there's still no way for mods to view a ban list. A lot of people in my own mod team mod for several other people, so it would be handy to have a list that way we can cross-ban on other channels.

As a mod I would love to see this suggestion highly promoted! I love that I can now add a comment when I time someone out, but there needs to be a way for mods and streamers to centrally manage the banned list.

I know this is a bit late, but this would be so nice. as being a mod I would love the ability to go back and add comments for why I baned / timedout someone so the streamer can see if the user ever wants to get unbanned
