Alerts Sound Bugging/Not Coming Through/Sounding Robotic I have recently moved all of my alerts over to Twitch and I am really disappointed with the bugs that I am experiencing. I see my alerts come through and the image often appears, but the sound does not work or sounds very robotic when coming through stream, however when I replay the alert it is absolutely fine. There is nothing wrong with my stream quality, no dropped frames or encoder overload, but none of my alerts come through properly the first time. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Separate text and visual (for entry/exit animation) When creating an alert, currently, the visual of the alert and the text are animated at the same time whether it is input or output.
It would be interesting to separate the two in order to increase the customization possibilities.
Example :
The visual animation starts.
AND AFTER

They constantly use TTS for annoying purposes. Streamers do not want to mute them, because they get paid for them. Allow us viewers to mute them so we don't have to hear them on our side.

Delay for the Textmessage I would find it cool to be able to add a text and language setting where it allows me to set a delay on the text message. This is currently the only thing preventing me from using Twitch's alerts. Since my alerts show the images first and then 3-4 seconds later the text message "user is following now!" pops up.

Donation Alerts - Least vs Exactly Twitch has added the ability to have third party integration. Example is Streamlabs for donations. The issues are the setup and how they play out.
EXAMPLE: I have an alert gif for $5. I put "Exactly $5". It works fine.
I have an alert gif of $1 dollar. I put "AT LEAST". Normally in this case, that would mean as long as it wasn't ones that were made as "Exactly" it would play for other dollar donations.
So if someone donated $6 it would play the "At Least" alert.

Custom Alert Webhooks! 💡 It would be the most amazing thing ever to be able to design a custom alert that can be triggered via webhook!
This would allow creators to utilize the alert system y'all did such a terrific job on for our own interactive elements!
An alternative to a webhook trigger would be adding an endpoint to the Twitch API that lets us trigger an event. But this wouldn't be as accessible to all creators.

I've tried testing using Preview Alert, Send Test Alert, and also with real alerts.
If Custom HTML/CSS is toggled off, then alerts work fine.A simple thing I was trying to do was change the text to uppercase using the following:
text-transform: uppercase;It works fine when I add that CSS to the Custom CSS box in OBS - this temporary workaround defeats the whole purpose of having Custom HTML/CSS in the Twitch Dashboard.
It would be great if an option to change the case…

Twitch Alerts - ability to copy/paste variants It would be fantastic if we could copy/paste variants to allow for quicker setup an better uniformity between them.
As an example, let's focus on subscriptions. There's going to generally be at three variants in use: Prime sub, First time sub, Resub.
I can't speak for us all, but I would think that most people would want generally the same experience between all three with the only change really being the wording "for the first time!" "for x months!" "with a prime sub!"for example.

More than one Subscription Variant, with ability to choose an "AND" or "OR" function. Title says it. If I have a different Alert for first time Tier-3 and recurring Tier-3, I can't set that up because I can't choose the Alert to be "At least 2 months" AND "Tier-3"

Language settings for alert parameters! My stream is set to English, but parameters like "Sub tier" is in Swedish by default and no way to change it.
Please add language selection for the parameters thanks! :) Other than that I enjoy the new alerts feature, especially the editor.

アラート I would like the text of the alert to be broken into new lines.
I feel that setting the image to match the text is too small and detracts from the experience.
