Charge for streaming Instead of monetizing via ad's charge the streamer for the ability to stream.
At the moment there is no risk involved in streaming for the streamer which just produces a lot of low-quality streams without effort from the streamer. These people have nothing to lose.
Instead, charge EVERY streamer 1 US cent per minute to stream ($0.60 USD per hour). Streamers have a "Twitch Wallet" which they can credit with Credit Card or Paypal. The cost of a stream is automatically debited from their wallet.
Give every streamer the choice to run ads or accept subscriptions/donations. Streamers keep 100% of…

Custom message on top of the stream A small button overlapping the stream area that when clicked shows a box with a custom message set up by the streamer or mods.
This message could be used to set reminders, news, upcoming changes, disclaimers and anything really.
Why: A problem that I see a lot is streamers warning viewers about a change, but only a small portion of the audience catch the message. For example, that the stream is going to start sooner than usual in the next day.
In order to make sure that a good amount of people know this information the streamer has to keep…

Cancel stream announcement When you have to cancel your stream and you want to let your followers know you need to go to instagram twitter and discord to update people.
Wouldnt it be nice that when you click Cancel stream in your schedule you could write a little message and that that will show up on your channel. Like a pop up when some one goes to it.
Not everyone is on social media as well.
I feel like this could be a neat feature!5 votes -
Redesign hosting as a separate feature from raiding. Hosting was and still is an invaluable community tool. To remove it and not provide its actual functionality to raids is extremely anti-user. Raiding does not provide the same experience that many users enjoyed about Hosting. Hosting provided a local community the chance to enjoy larger streamers/events without being forced to chat in a 10k+ chat box.
Twitch chose to deprecate Hosting because it was a confusing user experience, but I think they can easily come up with a newer, stream-lined Hosting system for smaller streamers to enjoy larger content with their own chat.

Interactivity to facecams and other stream features How about if some little things would become more controllable and customizable for the viewer. In streams (of course if the streamer would turn on this feature) you would be able to control more of what you see on your screen. For example, facecams. Depending on the game facecams can be a bit on the way of the gameplay. Streamers do their best to position it in the best positon and size possible but what if that was in the viewers hands and it would be even easier for the streamer. The streamer would be able to record his/her face…

Audio check tool that lets streamers compare their output volume against advertisement volume Audio volume can be a huge headache to tweak, because there are so many moving parts involved-- (in-game audio settings, capture settings, mic settings, etc) and what the streamer hears isn't always what viewers hear. Streaming software displays your audio levels in real time, but not everybody understands what this means for your actual output.
This leads to some streams having good mic/game balance but being whisper-quiet without realizing, or streams where the streamer KNOWS an adjustment is needed, but gets mixed feedback from viewers about how much to change. It also means a lot of trial and error for…

Quick way to add a suggested streamer Now that hosting is gone, after a raid, there's no evidence of where everybody went.
If your browser fails to raid, or if you get your notification too late, it's a ghost town.
If you put your raided channel at the top of your Suggested list and enable the options, then it will show up on your page, which is almost like hosting, and better than nothing.
But, it's difficult to do, especially if you have a long list of suggested/autohost streamers. You have to type the channel name and then drag it to the top of the list. Very…

Twitch Tips instead of “Cheer Coin/Super Cheers” Instead of phasing out Bits with “Cheer Coin” and rendering existing integration useless, create a Tip/Dono page that forwards to PayPal with chargeback protection.
This way a new way of supporting a creator can be integrated and enhance the user experience, as less clicks through third-party sites mean more tips generated and the proposed revenue split for “Cheer Coin” can be integrated, as well as a visual representation for a Tip/Donation goal that counts towards Boost Trains.
This would make Twitch Tips as the preferred method for PayPal transactions while protecting the streamers from negative balances, that “Cheer Coin” could…

unified way to link collab partners This is a really simple idea, but I found myself looking for a feature like this multiple times now. The idea is to give streamers an option to link their collab streamer collogues twitch profiles, so the viewers have it easier to find their accounts. The way many streamers are doing it now is with bots (you type a specific command and get the link to the collab partners profiles) but I find that to be a bit confusing sometimes as the available commands are often not listed clearly and a unified way would be much simpler for the user.…

Add Black- and White-lists for hyperlink blocking A lot of chatbots have the ability to have partial hyperlink blocking in chat - either allow all links except certain blacklisted sites, or allow no links except certain whitelisted sites. Would be great to have this feature native to Twitch.
Examples:
A streamer could allow links to be posted, but have unwanted sites blocked.
Another streamer could have all links blocked, except for links to Twitch Clips.2 votes -
Deliveroo Seeing as you are owned by Amazon, who also own a majority stake in Deliveroo, how about a feature where a streamer can make a food order and chat can pay for it via a goal so one or more people can chip in? Then as soon as the goal is reached the order is placed. A creators Deliveroo account could be linked to keep privacy so users would never see any personal details

Create an option on the dashboard to hide the number of spectators. Create an option on the dashboard to hide the number of spectators.
I talked to some streamers and most think that a low number of viewers discourages people from joining the channel because people like lively and lively chats. I myself only access channels with many people. So I think whether or not to show the number of viewers should be an option for the streamer.

Key bind for snooze button This would be a simple little thing to add to make a streamers life easier while streaming just by simply adding the ability to make a key blind for the snooze button would be great and would help in ways such as not interrupting live game play like if you were about to defeat a boss i ask that you add this in the near future just as a little thing to make are life's easier
Thank you <3

See stats for channel points I would love to see something bought in so that creators can see the stats of their channel points ~ How many people are using which ones (essentially see how popular each Redemption is) so we can decide which ones are the favourites

When (What Time) Do Your Viewers/Followers Watch? Streamers struggle with the problem of the "when should I stream" question.
Inherently, there's a lot of variables around that; and, of course, your ACTUAL viewers tend to watch you on your schedule. However, an analytic that tries to help them find an ideal time to even experiment or "find missed viewers" with would be very helpful.
Consider this:
- You have 10,000 followers.
- How many of them actively engage and use Twitch?
- Do they even watch you anymore?
- When are they watching? (AKA - Are you missing opportunities because of the timing, and not the game?)
- Are there hot spots?…

Lifetime subscription options for Affiliates and Partners in dashboard So we know that Partner's get a way to give a lifetime subscription to 2 bot accounts and 3 other users, I was hoping that this could be extended with a role kind of permission that would allow affiliates to be able to gift it to their bots as well. This would make life so much easier for affiliates and let partner's know that this is an option as many don't know about it already and this would make it clear for everyone and less maintenance from the partner management team to let us manage it ourselves.
For implementation, you…
