Markers Updates
Markers need a serious update.
- All editors should be able to see the marker that was created in the chat feed
- Marker Creation & Edits should show up in the Mod Actions list
- Markers should have editable titles and be able to be dragged into a more correct location in the video review.
- Markers should be more visible when viewing the stream VOD for editors. Looking like a thumb tack would be helpful. Click on them and the title shows with an edit icon

Seeing them like chapters on Youtube would be very helpful. Seeing that in the Video Review AND for subscribers watching the VOD would be VERY nice.
