Twitch Teams - Managers Appear on TOP of list
Allow for Twitch Teams managers to always appear on top of the list.
This would help other teams users know the current manager/owner of the team.
This would be especially useful since Twitch kicks suspended users from ALL teams (including ones that are managed by said user) and when re-inviting yourself into your own team, you would appear at the bottom.
