Moderators are being PENALISED from getting Drops. WHY ?

WHY are moderators being PENALISED from getting drops ?

When someone who is a moderator is watching a channel they moderate at the same time as getting drops on a channel with a different game, THEY DO NOT GET THE DROPS PROPERLY. It seems to only award the drops at a very reduced speed or not at all. WHY ?

I really don't understand why this is a thing. Twitch are actively trying to disuade people from moderating.

Moderators OFTEN moderate for more than channel at the same time. I do understand that Twitch are trying to stop people from Drops Farming, but penalising the very people who try to make Twitch a better place, is ridiculous.

Please make it so moderators DO get the drops even if they are watching 2 or more streams of different games at the same time.

Moderators deserve to be REWARDED. Not PENALISED.

    Moderators are the ones who help make ,even Twitch or a specific channel, a safer place. It's ridiculous that they can't claim their entire drops. As @zoeballz said, "Moderators deserve to be REWARDED. Not PENALISED".

    Noticed this evening that apparently watching more than two streams of any kind and you stop accruing time for the drops. I was watching Quinnetic, and two local craft people and I stopped earning time. Quinnetic was the stream up on my monitor.

    It isn't just the mods that get penalized. I sub to multiple channels and if only three are getting credit for me viewing, it hurts the streams that I am viewing. There should be no limit to how many you watch. Especially since you can only get drops from one stream. I have EU and NA streamers and am missing out on the NA drops that EU doesn't have because I am watching both.

    If this is genuinely a thing, (and I have no reason to doubt Zoe) then this does need to be sorted. Moderators are as much of the infrastructure of Twitch as it's viewers and creators.

    I can understand only getting drops from watching one stream but to be PENALISED because someone if helping more than one stream at a time is not right

    It's a shame that some few out there abuse the system, forcing this change out, punishing the majority, who CAN be civilized about it

    this is a bit unfair, it should be drops for all and at the same speed, if not you could lose a lot of streamers because of this
