Drops Feedback
I tried to submit a bug ticket and was completely dismissed. I've been watching someone play Genshin since the drops for that game began. I get that it isn't real time and I get that you need to refresh the page. However, it's been stuck on the 15 minute drop for DAYS and barely been moving. It should be WELL into the other drops by now. I've NEVER had it move this slowly. Which means I'm going to not get any of the drops even though I've been watching for days and hours at a time. So, in short they didn't take the bug seriously and I get to miss out on the drops. So, that's nice.

I connected my supercell account to twitch then watched a stream that has drops enabled on it, but I didn't get the rewards in the game, I wanted to watch it again to get the drops but they tell me the drops are claimed

I'm not getting drops. The claim button comes up, but when I select it, it tells me an error occurred. This is happening with Modern Warfare II and Overwatch 2. This has been going on for over a week now. What's the problem?
