MOD/VIP notifications when they enter a stream

Streamers should get notifications when their MODs or VIPs enter their chat.

This enables the streamer to give recognition as well as take solace in knowing that the chat is being monitored.

there are bots that can do this, such as streamlabs chatbot.

You can click on 1 button and see chat users, moderators and vips will be highlighted there

so true just searching for it. VIPs should get an alert if they enter my stream!
