Add "Highest Available" option for video quality
I always keep the quality option set to "source" so it's always using the highest setting. Auto is constantly freezing the stream and lowering/upping it even though I have extremely consistent fiber internet speeds so I absolutely despise this option.
There are some streamers I watch that have 1440p as their source quality and I can't select it because I turn hardware acceleration off on my browser. This makes it choose the option below it. It then defaults me to 720p for other streamers instead of their source option which is typically 1080p.
Highest Available would completely alleviate this issue.

The "source" quality became very annoying with the streams above 1080p.
I'm tired to modify the quality in each different stream.
Please Twitch, you should not wait for more up votes. -

I second this. Both a "Highest Available" and "Lowest Available" options would be useful.
I often have two streams open to listen to in the background, and don't want them to use much bandwidth, so I set them to the lowest quality.
When one has 160p and the other 360p as their lowest, the second defaults to "Auto".I change this every time I'm on the site. Highest and Lowest options would be a huge convenience factor.
