Clips have had audio and chat delays ever since the big "clip-update" with the change of the whole UI happened.
This is not a clientsided bug/issue, I've spoke and read about this issue with people who download and edits clips of creators, for MONTHS.
The work around this for us is to download whole VODs to bring out one or several specific clips.
I had to dig really deep to find out that other people experienced it too, since most likely editors are the ones who notices this issue the most.
The audio is also being delayed on the browser at certein times when you jump around in the timeline.
This needs to fixed.
