Is my video player buffering or the streamer is buffering?
When I watch streamers I want to know if my video player is buffering or the streamer is. The bigger streamers chat will point out the streamer is buffering, but smaller streamers with a slower chat, I can't tell if my video player is buffering or the streamer is. I always think its my video player is buffering lol.
