Clips should remember their VOD in case it is posted later.
If you take a clip, and the creator of the stream does NOT have auto-publish on, but even if the creator later publishes the VOD, the clip never connects to the VOD.
e.g. if you go to the clip, it'll claim the VOD is expired/no chat/...
Clips should NOT claim the VOD is expired if it is not expired (and just hasn't been published yet). Just have it say the VOD is not published yet, and once it's published, have it properly show the chat (and add the link to "watch full vod at right timestamp")

and then THIS idea only needs the "vod link" instead of chat log
