Clipping is horrendous and only getting worse
Over the past few years i've been clipping for several channels and I can easily say my experience using the clipping tool gets worse every year.
First it was just a few minor issues with the tracking bar for the clip not loading in properly which took me months to realise you could refresh it to make it show up, now when I try it it can normally take dozens of tries before it will even show up at all.
These days sometimes the clip won't even load in at all or you will get a bit of audio/visual and then it will go right into a full error.
quite often the clips will add extra time on the end making the editing section pointless if you don't adjust for it.
sometimes when you finally manage to get past all these issues and have a fully edited and titled clip the clip will refuse to save based on an "error" which explains nothing, originally I thought it was because the clip was of someone screaming after a jump scare but other people have clips of that and it wouldn't let me do it if i edited the scream out.
sometimes it just outright refuses to clip and we have no way of knowing why wasting valuable hours of our lives on something that refuses to even work properly despite supposing to make things easier.
And then you have to go into your own dashboard to find the unedite pre-versions of the clips that wouldn't work to delete them which you also made take longer by hiding it behind even more menus.
So how could you improve customer experience? fix the clip tool so it doesn't just spam us with errors and actually tells us what is wrong, if its too loud say too loud, if it's too much swearing say too much swearing, don't just say "error"
