Im highly against reruns being passed off as a real stream

Prerecorded streams will first start in this category and continue to move into other categories and ruin the platform—persuading viewers to other platforms. If prerecorded streams are allowed now, it will only worsen the site and reputation of it

Bob Ross has been dead for 26 years and streams live almost every day. Maybe streamers who whisper other streamers' donors love messages to poach their viewership, then use Twitch to drive viewership to their OnlyFans, should mind their own business and leave well enough alone.

Pre-recorded videos take away from the live experience that allows channels in this category to grow. Other platforms exist for prerecorded content and streams should cater to the live experience and not offer an alternative that is available elsewhere. This can degrade the streamer that streams by making new followers question the legitimacy of the streamer, but also other streamers, as new followers will struggle to tell what is live or not. This also prevents followers from wanting to explore or follow streamers in this category as they will be unable to communicate with the streamer. When this happens this can prevent growth of the streamer and hurt other streamers as well. I believe prerecorded streams may benefit other categories, but ASMR is not one of them.

Unfair for streamers who are actually live putting in effort and hardwork

I do not want to see pre-recorded videos or reruns when I look at the available live streams. When this happens, it hides new live content that would be more engaging for users. It is also not live, which seems like a trick.

Also, a rerun isn't new content and might cause less people to watch it. I think it could be easily compared with the live viewer totals vs rerun viewer totals when looking at the same video.

If we want to watch a rerun or a pre-recorded video, then the video is there in their videos playlist.

Reruns were good back in the 80s when the internet didn't make things instantly available.

Sometimes I find some streamers who does ASMR that are online for too much time and I don't think that those people is really live on their entire stream and I don't like that thing because nobody of the viewers can be watching those streams for that long amount of time, I also don't like those fake streams

I know Twitch allows streamers to broadcast prerecorded vids and it’s really helpful for some categories. However, on most of streamings on ASMR category, prerecorded vids are poor substitute for "LIVE" and have negative impacts for both viewers and streamers.I’ve seen tons of users who ask for real live streamings and they are annoyed by prerecorded ones because both are treated as the same live. Also prerecorded vids deny streamers who make efforts opportunities. I hope this problem casts doubt on Twitch as a "Livestream platform" and some improvements will be made.

Twitchが録画のストリーミングを許可しているのは知っていますが、それはliveとは言えない代物である事が大半です。さらには録画を使用しないストリーマー、視聴者、プラットフォーム自体に悪影響を及ぼしています。どちらも同じライブとして扱われるために迷惑を被っている視聴者を多く目にしますし、努力をしているストリーマーが機会を奪われているのが現状です。ライブストリームプラットフォームを謳い、かつ録画の放送を許可するからには何かしらの対処、例えば新しく録画放送の分類を設けるなどが必要だと思います。

We don't want pre-recorded videos that are broadcast as live. We want to know if the person we are watching is actually live or if they are replaying.
If they are not live, please specify replay and not live.
For the streamers who do real live, it's unfair. They lose a lot of viewers because of fake live shows.
