I was watching a stream but wanted to check the replay. I opened the link of the video in another tab while the stream was still playing in the first tab. When I do this the speed of the video changes it self, swinging for x1 speed to 1.25 speed at random. I have no idea of what is happening, it doesn't happen every time.
It's not a big problem but I thought you would be interested.

Also I often see a very strange speed when I start a video something like "x1.0943376" it's very brief and doesn't change anything but it exists and I don't think it is normal.

These are minor bugs but still it might be interesting to know why it happens

This needs to added, not only for "playback" but for video editing as well. Some of my videos are 4-5 hours long, but I want to create a highlight of a section of maybe 2-3 minutes in the game. It would be extremely nice to playback of a faster speed instead of me trying to find the spot/s I want to highlight.

At the moment I write down a time-index which means I'm stopping playing to write down a record time so I can highlight it once I'm done.

While I don't care about a "Slower" speed I can see merit in it for people wanting to catch that frame, but I also don't think people would use it nearly as much as they would a "Faster" speed.

I'm Age of empires 2 fan, and I love watching the games. When I can't see a cast live, and look for the past streams, but sometimes they are 3-6 hours, and it takes a lot of time to see. So I wait until the streamers upload the games to Youtube, which doesn´t happens every time. It would be awesome to be able to increase reproduction speed as Youtube player, or VLC or PotPlayer, etc.
