Video and chat in VODs are out of sync

Video and chat in VODs are out of sync. This usually happens to IRL streamers who are streaming through a less reliable mobile connection. Connection problems will cause the video and audio in VODs to desynchronize.

Shame there is no attention to this after 3 years.

    It does only seem to happen whenever the disconnect protection "not like this" screen appears. This is still an active issue.

    This seems to happen whenever the "not like this" screen comes up during a disconnect on the livestream. The chat appears to pause the moment that happens and restarts once it's over but generally during a livestream, chat is connected and still going so the VOD chat just ends up falling behind.
