Make notifications open a new tab Notifications right now hijack already opened twitch tabs instead of opening a new one. This is annoying especially if i'm watching a VoD. I would like for there to either be an option, or for it to just open a new tab like Youtube does it.

Pin Code to Open Twitch app or web Creating a feature to enable or disable to create pin code (3/4/5 digit) before login for authorized web pc or app. By having this feature, the authorized twitch app or web can be entered after by a pin. User need to input code digit before able to see home twitch screen as usual.

Twitch notification and sound What would be nice is a notification with a sound, like skype when you receive a message and also when you have the chat open and someone write something it tells you
When someone sends a message, seeing (1) so you dont have to leave the twitch page open as it's what i have to do if i wanna see who wrote something ! So my idea
In other words to simplify when someone in my friend sends me a message i dont see (1) and a sound that someone sent me a message would be nice !

Authorization of Patreon Allow Twitch authorization of viewers that are also Patron supporters. This will solve the confusion of supporters that do not use Twitch account names as Patreon account names. Also a special badge would be very convenient to represent even the viewer that is a Twitch sub & a Patron supporter.

Extending the use of commands to give users roles. Twitch should add a command to give roles like editor and artist. For example /artist gives a user the artist badge, and /editor gives a user editor permissions. And you may ask why? I believe as a streamer it would be way more convenient if i want to add a user then i can use the command instead of working through roles manager. It would save much more time!

Yes, what one streamer and their mod team allow, another may not.Now, with that established, Twitch has Streamer University to help streamers improve. Why not a Mod University?

Stop requiring phone verification to change alerts There has been a bug where twitch wont send out a phone verification number and so when someone wants to set up alerts and such, without phone verification, they can't. I've personally been trying for DAYS to get them to send me verification and nothing has come through while other apps have no issue.

Twitch could improve channel discovery by introducing optional daily, weekly, and monthly viewer challenges with platform-wide rewards. The goal would be to encourage viewers to discover new communities while rewarding meaningful engagement across the platform.

Please fix the twitch mobile app When I enter a livestream, half of my messages full on disappear, my badges randomly appear/disappear, my emotes don’t load half the time and when I send a message in chat, it closes my keyboard so I have to click on the field to bring it up again in case I want to send another one. Minimizing the stream (swiping down on it so it goes into PiP mode) is extremely unfluid, just like the rest of the app after the newest update, constant popups almost everytime I open the app asking me for my data etc. No one likes…

Block "Suggested Streamers" Inclusion We already have multiple options to prevent interactions that we don't want such as blocking receiving gifts on channels we don't follow, prevent incoming raids, disable emote attribution, and so on, I would like to request an option to prevent other streamers from adding you to their "Suggested Streamers" shelf, there may be many reasons to want that, and regardless of what it is this should already be a feature.

Delete data from specific third-party sites one by one Can we get a tool to remove our data from specific third-party websites one at a time? Right now, if I don't want some random tracker, stats site, or fan site scraping my info, it’s really hard to protect our privacy. We should have the right to choose who sees our data and who doesn't. We need a setting in "Security and Privacy" to remove data by typing in the name of the site to request data removal, forcing them to stop showing that user's data on the requested site. AI Streamers & The Use Of AI In Streams Needs To Be Banned I personally just can't stand that Twitch allows AI streamer's to stream on Twitch, when they will literally never break the rules, unless they glitch or unless the TOS gets changed & they somehow weren't updated for that. Clarify regional stream restrictions and age verification in France Hello,
I am located in France and I am unable to watch certain Twitch streams because of a regional restriction. Twitch Support told me that viewer access may vary depending on local laws and regulations, and that some viewers may need to log in and confirm their age before watching labeled content.

Protect Stream Streaks automatically by generating a 30-second "Safety Clip" for streams over 10 mins . Currently, if a streamer goes live for just over 10 minutes and abruptly shuts down (due to an internet crash, power outage, or emergency), Twitch registers it as an official broadcast. This immediately puts the entire community's Stream Streak at risk.
More often than not, it is impossible to save a 50 or 100+ Stream Streak in these scenarios because:
1) The stream was too short for viewers to manually generate clips.
2) The sudden crash prevented the VOD from publishing or processing correctly.

Username Avaliability Usernames are a hard thing to think of, especially when you think of it, and someone has it. I would personally love to have ImJace or even Jace, but I can't because they're already claimed, and when I search for them, they don't appear. My proposal is to add it so that you can claim the name if the account is banned/unused. You could go about this by adding a timer, of something like 3 years, of inactivity, and it warns them of course, but if they don't login or reply to it, it makes the name available. Another way…

Button to skip muted portions of a stream When viewing a video that isn't live, if currently playing a portion that has muted auto, overlay a button (similar to YouTube's button that skips ads) that allows you to skip forward to when audio resumes.

The recent Terms of Sale is a disgrace. Section 7, Final paragraph, first line "Twitch reserves the right to deactivate any user from any Twitch Services for any reason or no reason. "
Twitch.tv can't be serious, and can't hope to have success with this in the US where it is based. Outrageous!
AND, hidden behind little links, away from the accept button, that's FORCED onto your twitch browser experience, blocking you from chatting unless you accept!!
This strikes me as a violation of the US constitution, which, as the company is based there would be illegal practices to publish or enforce.
