Account Unblock needed (Verified Accounts Only Chat) I @hylitiz have over 10y of active email-verified account history with Twitch and recently started seeing "Verified Accounts Only Chat" in every streamer, regardless of what the streamer's stream setting was. (I have confirmed with 4 streams on their chat verification settings).
Please unblock my account. I do not feel there is a need to provide my phone number to Twitch to "verify" me.

Cant select English in language selection If your native language is not English, it is not reflected even if you select English in the language selection.
In my case, if I select English, a check mark will appear in my native language, Japanese.Only English is not available, so i use ENG-UK.This glitch occurs when chromium(chrome, edge) is used.
The outbreak would be in the middle of this month.6 votes -
Request to Improve Twitch's Phone Number Verification System Dear Twitch Team,
First of all, thank you for continuously working to improve the security and user experience on your platform. However, I’d like to bring attention to a significant issue with the phone number verification system that has been affecting many users, including myself.
For the past two weeks, I have been unable to verify my account because the verification code is not being sent to my registered phone number. This has left me locked out of certain features and has caused unnecessary frustration.
While I understand the importance of account verification for security, the current system can be…

My email domain name has been blocked and I cannot register an account. Hello, I am the owner of the xinq.top email address. Today, 2024/12/19, I want to continue to register an account to purchase a subscription to receive drops. I found that my email address has been banned from registering. I have not used the registered account for any illegal behavior, such as selling, renting, leasing, transferring, sharing, or providing access to your account as stated in the agreement. All registered accounts are for personal use only, and registering a large number of accounts is only for drops. Please unblock my xinq.top email address.I promise that I will not use my account…

fire you to to the devil's grandmother I can't unsubscribe or subscribe to channels. I tried to write to support, but there is no such form on the site, and in response to filling out similar forms, idiotic answers come that are neither answers nor even an attempt to help. How can I write to support if it requires categories and subcategories in which there is no option to send the necessary information?
Why can't such an elementary and banal problem be solved by your service?
Moreover, I am a streamer who streams to your platform. And I did not violate ANY rules or anything else. You…6 votes -

Increase the limit/cap of game categories you can follow Currently you are able to follow a limited amount of game categories, once you reach the limit you are unable to follow more categories.
I believe a higher limit (or none at all) would be preferable to many more people.
Use-cases:
I tend to follow newly released games to keep an eye on who might be streaming.I also tend to follow games that usually aren't streamed much, it is nice to be able to see when the category has people streaming.
Currently I would be forced to unfollow other categories, which limits the amount of streams I likely would…

Block individual channels Hello. I would like to preface this first by saying I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT RECOMMENDED CHANNELS AT ALL.
I would like the ability to block individual channels. When you report a channel, there is a blocking feature at the end of the report pop up. It says "If you want, you can also block this user to stop seeing their content around the site". I click block. Yet, I still see their content all over the site? Does the blocking feature not work like it says it does?
I want the ability to block a channel in it's entirety.…

im not a bot unlock my account crowdog69b69t because im not a bot or automated account. something like this should be a simple fix but this platform has allowed troolls to shutdown my account in a moments notice and therre is absolutely no way to rectify the problem. I submited a report and if you expect me to wait 6 months for an appeal when im not a bot you have lost your minds.

Username Minimum Length Change I would like to suggest changing the username length policy to allow usernames that are 3 or more characters long instead of having a 4-character minimum. This already exists for some channels, like AOC, but it would be great if it became something that other people could do, too.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and have a great day!

accounts Proposal to Delete Inactive Twitch Accounts
Twitch is one of the most popular streaming platforms for video games and other content. The platform offers a wide variety of channels and streams that are visited by millions of viewers around the world.
A current issue with Twitch is the number of inactive accounts. According to estimates, up to 30% of all Twitch accounts are inactive, meaning they have not been used in over 3 years. These accounts can distort viewership numbers on Twitch and lead to misconceptions about the popularity of channels.
Proposal
Twitch should delete inactive accounts that have not…

Option to view and manage permissions for connections To help users manage security for their accounts: I propose the Settings > Connections page should list the specific Permissions (or OAuth scopes granted) For each account connection.
And there should be an "Edit" button. Instead of completely revoking a connection: We should have the option to Remove or withold any granted permissions/scopes of a connected app that we want On this menu.
There should also be some options to block/remove some of the requested permissions on the page at the time when initially authorizing a connection.
I propose that the Highest-risk permissions which Apps can request be made so…
