Stop "fixing" what's not broken! Stop forcing recommended on to people. It's garbage. Nobody wants it or asked for it. You all keep changing basic features on the platform and none of the changes have been good. Every change is for Twitch's profit margins rather than genuine quality of life improvements for its users. I don't care that your nephew started streaming last weekend and believes he deservers 1k viewers. Change it the **** back and never do that god awful shopping tab again. You all tried tried to be sneaky about it too putting it so close to the browse button. Just trifling. ****…

Twitch Clips Similarly to youtube shorts and instagram reels, it would be great if they had a short swipe section on twitch to highlight most popular clips of the week. It would be a great idea to boost discovery especially seeing the special moments to introduce more streamers. It creates a new way to discover people rather then front page or just by viewership in certain categories. Popular twitch clips are always reuploaded on other platforms that not only generates tons of views, but builds their community bigger on other platforms when their primary focus is Twitch. I think it would be…

AI Vision Tags: Automated Discovery via Real-Time Content Detection Message:
Honestly, in 2026, creators should be focusing on their content, not fighting with manual metadata. I’m proposing a system that uses Computer Vision and Audio Analysis to handle everything automatically.
Why it’s a game-changer:1 - Real-Time Precision: The system needs to detect activity shifts instantly. Tags should change the very second a creator stops gaming and moves to "Just Chatting" or "Reacts". This eliminates misleading metadata and actually improves the experience for the viewers.
2 - Smart Performance: Most streamers aren't SEO experts. Let the AI identify and apply the most effective, high-reach tags automatically. This is huge…

WEB3 GAMING Category WEB3 GAMING Category
This is a new emerging space where many creators are testing multiple new games as they come out.
With many creators and viewers spread out around several different games, it would benefit them and the WEB3 gaming space in general to have a place they can all show up under one banner.

studying The category of studying would be nice addition to categories.
I’ve seen many streamers with Just Chatting while they study something. I think it would be helpful if there’s Just Studying just like Just Chatting. So viewers who is nice enough to help them or who can share the knowledge of whatever they’re studying can easily find streamers studying on their stream.1 vote -

Make it that you can add more than 1 tag For example I wanna search people that have playingwithviewers in their tag list, but in some games you can only play with people in your region so I also wanna search for the tag of my region like NA. But you can't do that since you can only search 1 tag

Leveraging Viewer Engagement to Identify Promising Streamers While Twitch analytics provide valuable insights into viewership growth, there's another approach to talent acquisition inspired by traditional scouting methods. Similar to how baseball scouts evaluate potential beyond raw statistics, we can identify viewers with a knack for picking future stars.
This method focuses on users who consistently subscribe to or watch channels that experience significant viewership growth. By analyzing viewer behavior, we can potentially flag those with an intuitive ability to identify rising talent. This information can then be used to monitor these viewers' new subscriptions and favorite channels, providing valuable insights for talent agencies.
This approach offers several…

Kaizo There are many modded games however the kaizo community has a very specific set of standards to platformers. Many base games become overran with kaizo content, looking at you super Mario world. Please give these creators and streamers their own personal space.

Don't Rename "Travel & Outdoors" to "IRL" Twitch recently announced they're going to make this change, but instead of helping it will only confuse people. IRL is currently a directory that comprises multiple categories: Just Chatting, Travel & Outdoors, Music, Art, Sports, etc. There are some who are nostalgic and stuck in the past, and refer to IRL as outdoor streams only. But, as we've seen, IRL has expanded a lot over time and has become anything a streamer would do that doesn't involve streaming video games. We need to move forward instead of backward.
Instead of making this change, a more helpful approach would be this…

Short Form content for Discovery Short form content in the form of stream highlights is a extremely popular form of boosting engagement and discovery on other platforms but they are more of a "here is what you can expect" or "here is what I do" however as twitch is still the dominant platform for live streamers.
Why not have a Shortform content section for live channels where clips posted by people with the editor role feed into the short form content algorithm for people to find a currently live channel to check out. Instead of a "when I am live" it's a "This is happening…
