Create a Weather and Storm Chasing category A problem I have noticed is that any weather-related streams fall into either the IRL, Travel & Outdoors or Science & Technology categories, which affects the discoverability of those types of streams.
With the impacts that weather can have on people, this change would make Twitch another way for people to know that a dangerous storm is approaching. This would be very beneficial to both the streamers and the people watching them by having increased discoverability.

Gain the ability to disable or at least minimize the featured clips section on a given category When I go to the clips page of a game category I want to see the "most relevant" section arranged by viewcount and all time. Thing is you can't do this since you have to scroll past the entire featured clips category before you can see the beginning of the most relevant clips category and the page will crash before you ever reach it due to having to scroll and load every single featured clip until the 0 view ones.

Pole Dancing, Twerking & Popular Dances / Performing Dance Arts With the new guidelines regarding sexual content streamed on Twitch, and the green light to twerk and pole dance, it is safe to say that it is time to add a separate category for this type of content. At the moment, channels are streaming twerking videos under the art category. Viewers expect to see people drawing or painting when they click the art category, not twerking/dancing. This type of content just doesn't go in the same category as Drawing/Painting. It would be nice for streamers providing twerking and pole dancing as part of their content to have a category of…

Popular Clips from blocked channels are showing up Tonight I received a popular clip recommendation from an account I had blocked. These clip recommendations needs to be checking if the clip being recommended to you is from a channel you have blocked. If it is, it should not be sending it to you as a recommended clip or channel you should see. I was absolutely furious when I saw this, especially when it was from a channel that decided to stream topless. Please implement a check to see if we have that channel blocked or not. This should not have to be suggested.

Create a separate category for prostitution and provide feed filters There are better places for that type of content, and I do not want "stepbro" and "stepsis" rub their parts in my face on the "following" page.

Make Front Page a True Landing Page - Allow users to put their top followed/viewed channels in the carousel
- Allow users to curate their own shelves
- Add clips with a viable algorithm based on viewing habits
- Keep recommended shelf
- Keep event shelf (Twitch Women's Guild, Unity Guilds, etc)
- Allow users to add shelves based on keywords, categories and/or tags
- Add a calendar that references top viewed channels and Twitch events so that users can see a glance of upcoming things from their favorite creators on front page
This will take away the need to rotate people on front page and the excess of people asking for front page…

Allow "Browsing" while watching Allow mouseover browsing from PC of followed channels while currently watching a channel.
This will allow people to check in for a snapshot of what's going on in additional channels, and give a viable reason for people to stay on site without having to jump stream to stream.

Streamer Spotlight Boost Introducing the Streamer Spotlight Boost, an exclusive opportunity for small and aspiring streamers to shine on Twitch! In this innovative feature, broadcasters can invest in a guaranteed top-of-the-list placement, ensuring their channel stands out and attracts more viewers.
How it Works:
For a nominal fee, participating streamers can secure a prime position at the very top of the viewer list, irrespective of the default sorting algorithms. This means that whenever users browse a specific category or game, your stream will be prominently featured, providing unparalleled visibility.Benefits:
Maximum Exposure: Enjoy unparalleled visibility as your channel takes the lead position, catching…

Please Add more separation to reruns and actual live channels Reruns have been killing the asmr section to the point where everything is now reruns. There are a plethora of issues with this one problem, still there are far more than what meets the eye.
The ASMR section was once filled with new live channels (when I started viewing this content was 2 years ago and now it has gone from pretty much all live to less than around 10% live)
This trend has done catastrophic damage to the potential of new creators, I believe there needs to be a major signifier of what is a rerun and what's a…

Rename "Politcs" category to "Current Events, News & Politics" There's a considerable amount of streamers who cover this type of content and this is not just small talk, it's not just chatting. These are more meaningful topics being covered and are worthy of having a more comprehensive category. Most streamers avoid the Politics category because its scope is too narrow. They're drawn to Just Chatting where most of the "appealing" content takes place in the hopes they will get noticed. Some reasons would be because these communities/topics are niche, smaller in size, and not as common or frequent. Many existing IRL categories are grouping similar content together, which is…

Browseable Directories Currently each directory shows only recommendations. Not everyone is interested in them. It would be helpful if we were able to browse directories if we so wanted to. We can only browse all categories and live channels. We need to be able to browse directories by only showing categories and live channels within them. When we click one of the directory banners (Games, IRL, Creative, etc.) instead of only showing recommendations, show three tabs: Categories, Live Channels and Recommended. On the first tab show all the categories part of that directory, on the second tab show all the channels within…

Should be able to set our own default sorting We should be able to set our own default sorting instead of having to change it every time. I will ALWAYS switch from recommended to viewers high to low, every time. And it's pretty annoying having to change it every time instead of being able to just set my preference for it and have it automatically set to what I like, instead of what you want me to see.

RiffTrax Seeing as the related "Mystery Science Theater 3000" has their own category, it feels only fitting that RiffTrax (whom have had an active Twitch channel for close to six years now) would get their own.

reset recommendations Could we please have a way to reset recommendations? I watch one ***** streamer and now I'm inundated by ***** streamer recommendations. I keep selecting not interested and Twitch just recommends more. I'm sick and tired of this.

add not interested button to profile Please add the "Not Interested" button directly to the user profile page. Ideally this button would be where the 'report' button is.
This button already exists on the home page when you click the 3 dots if you don't want to see a streamer on the home page.

Offline Channels - Alphabetical Order Sorting Option I find it confusing when I’m trying to search through my followed offline channels for a particular streamer; they seem to be in what feels like a jumbled order every time I browse through that section. I would love a feature where it sorts the offline users in alphabetical order. Some additional alternative sortings could be user-created rankings, most view time, or date followed. I’m sure there are some other good sorts too, but these are just some suggestions with alphabetical being my preference. Thank you for any help!
