Make Followed channels the first thing to popup on our search bars I've joined Raids and I've followed the streamers. Rinse and repeat. Now after months of doing this, I've amassed quite the number of streams followed. The search tab is essentially a new discover tab, and that would be great if i were new to twitch, but Struggling to find channels I've already followed is a major pain and unless I type it in correctly, i'm most likely unable to find the channel I'm looking for especially if they have a fairly long and complicated channel name.
The option I hope to get implemented.
Followed Channels should be the first things…7 votes -
metaphysics I'd love to see additional spiritual and metaphysical categories so people doing spiritual content can pick something other than tarot :)

Please allow users to disable auto suggested streams. I log onto twitch to enjoy some stream content of my favorite streamer, game, or community for the day. I am encountered with streams without my choice(also known as consent) that I have no interest in, disagree with politically, feel are being pushed on me for political purposes, do not want to watch, do not even want to see for one second, and think I should not have to see. All I request is a simple option in user settings that allows me to opt out of hosts, raids, or "twitch" chosen streams on the home screen. This would improve…

Bouldering/Climbing Category I have a very new and unique stream on Twitch, Which gets lost in the contaminated and incorrectly titled streams in Fitness and Health. I seem to find that a lot of streams are Hot tubs or People falling asleep and claiming it is health as their reasoning.
I would like to have a Category dedicated to the Climbing and Bouldering side of things as a fitness activity, that is also a recognised sport too.

Per-Console/Platform Meta-Categories Every console and platform should have its own category, especially older ones.
If you look at Retro right now, you'll find over 20 years of games represented because "Retro" is a poorly-defined term- it means something different to everyone. For many people that makes it fairly useless for discovering new interesting streamers.
Conversely, people generally know what Atari 2600, SNES, PSP, Dreamcast, etc. are, so it would be nice if streamers didn't need to resort to the punt category and getting buried in the noise (which sucks to sift through as much as it sucks to be stuck in). This…

Option to put Channels with mature content as hidden from directory. A option to not show channels with mature content filtered on could help out in some cases. Where if you toggle this option on, browsing through twitch, channels with mature content filtered on will not show up.

Rename Jet Grind Radio to Jet Set Radio Most if not all people know this game as "Jet Set Radio" and when people try to find it they only see "Jet Grind Radio" and that makes some people believe that they're 2 different games leading them to stream in the wrong category. Ever since the HD port of the game released back in 2012 the game has been officially known as Jet Set Radio too. The current name is now outdated and incorrect.
Changing the name to "Jet Set Radio" would make less people confused when they search for the game.

remove not fitting tags / warning message It's really annoying when I try to add tags that obviously would fit to the game but twitch has predetermined ones for each game.
Even if you try to add an "open world" tag to a pretty obvious open world game twitch doesn't accept it. Instead the "Done" button transforms into a greyed out "Updating..." button and the window doesn't close.
Why can I even add these tags if twitch refuses to use the anyway?
Either the tags should be in the list at all depending on what game you choose or at least a warning message should pop up…

Can we get a hypnosis category or very least a tag I found a channel that does hypnosis sessions to help with stress and relaxation and I feel that this channel isn't getting the attention it rightfully deserves. A certified hypnotist is doing free sessions to help people and they have to use just chatting. Can we get a hypnosis category or at the very least a tag?

Bringing lectures to twitch Hello Guys,
I am new on this developer board, however recently I had a small Idea that I would like to pitch to twitch and would be happy to assist in the implementation of such, as I do have the necessary contacts to do so.I noticed that this platform has been branching out and trying to reach more people with their contents (see creative).
I think it would be a good idea to implement lectures on different subjects as stream aswell. Here we could cooperate with different universitys (which mostly record their lectures) and their professors to get lectures…7 votes -
Mafia Mafia is a social deduction card game in which players are secretly divided into opposing teams — typically Civilians (Town) and Mafia.
At the beginning of the game, each player receives a hidden role card. The Civilians usually do not know the roles of other players, while members of the Mafia know their teammates. Depending on the ruleset, the game may also include special roles such as the Sheriff/Detective, Doctor, Don, Maniac, and others.
The game alternates between day and night phases.
During the day, players discuss what happened, analyze each other's behavior and statements, share suspicions, defend themselves, and…6 votes -

Break down 'MUSIC' tag for quick and accurate access Currently, there is only one 'MUSIC' official-tag. This is far too unclear for games that can be configured by title.
For example, let's divide them into ‘Music - DJ’, ‘Music - Karaoke’, ‘Music - Play and Sing’, and ‘Music - Play Instrument’. These streaming styles are quite different, yet they are currently mixed together.
By having streamers and viewers distinguish and use these tags, we can access their desired music genre very quickly and accurately.
Raid destinations are expected to become easier to find and more active.6 votes -
nail art Please, add a category that is only, "Nail Art." It is the year 2025, and nail art is not for only the girls anymore, it's Rated E for everyone. It is already quiet the limited category and I agree that it will not be used by most nail artist who stream their work. Please, I implore you to change the category so that it is all inclusive. Thank you!
