Veterans I would love to see an actual category devoted entirely to only Veterans. We could provide our proof of service to be given access to stream in the channel and everyone, whether they are a veteran or not could interact and participate. It would allow millions of veterans to connect and interact with those that support our veterans.

Visibiity of Indie game and Developers I'm asking to add "Indie game" as a category and not just as a tag. To begin I would like to site an original post that was Declined.
This letter was declined because the games are auto tagged as "Indie game". My counterpoint is that a common user doesn't know how to search by tag. It is not as accessible as the category search. For smaller streamers and game developers it is difficult for a casual user of the app/site to discover their content. For example "Adventure Lamp" has 4 Followers and is greatly unknown. It is a fantastic…

Please add a global filter for languages Users should have the ability to set a global filter for what languages they want their recommended streams to be in. It's annoying to have to set a filter just to get streams in a language I understand every time. There should also be the ability to set multiple languages as many people speak multiple languages.

Add category "workplace" for people streaming at their workplaces How about adding another non-gaming category: "workplace"
More and more people are streaming their workplaces or businesses: bakers, cobblers, kiosk owners, carpenters, truck drivers and many more.
The current category of choice, used by these streamers, is "just chatting". This is unfitting, as working people often don't even chat on a regular basis. An own category would be great, so users can easily discover all the people streaming their work.

Tags showing in Swedish even though website language set to English I tried to submit feedback throughs customer service but it forwarded me here which does not seem like a form to provide feedback but anyways. I have my Twitch language set to English, yet its showing me tags in Swedish. With very clunky translations I might add.
Please show tags in the language selected on the website.

Allow for Denotation of Stream Game categories by a "Game - Series" Format A big issue with discoverability on Twitch, especially with retro or niche topics, is through how Categories are currently handled. When categorizing what the stream is doing, there is only two extreme options of the exact, specific game ("Pokémon Scarlet/Violet" or "Final Fantasy XII Remake") or the broadest topic of the game ("Retro" or "Games + Demos"), with no middle ground to help summarize things and no choice to have more than 1 game in your category. Along with this, retro titles (Such as older Final Fantasy games), are basically screwed into being a part of the extremely broad categories…

I am an Affilate. The problem is that there is no major category for Meditation. I am an Affiliate. I stream mainly on Meditation. The problem is that there is no major category for Meditation like there is for "Music". Please add "Meditation" as a major category. Thank you.

Stop hiding certain categories without my permission I follow a lot of people who stream gambling content but the moment they start streaming slots etc., they disappear from the followed channels list. I've been following some of these people particularly for their gambling content but I can't even see whether they are live and this simply forces me to visit all channels one by one to see if they are online or not. This unsolicited censorship is completely uncalled-for, I want to watch content creators I like regardless of the content they're streaming.
Please remove this filter or make it optional. Not every Twitch user is 12…

A "Netflix And Chill" or "video streaming" category Ok so my idea is that twitch should make a contract of some sort with netflix or some others streaming sites like maybe ADN or crunchyroll and make a category with them like in my title "Netflix And Chill" so known streamers or begining streamers could watch a serie with him. Obiously it wouldnt make sense for netflix if the viewers could watch for free so when you click on the netflix and chill stream you'd have to connect an existing netflix account that have a subscription so you could watch the stream. Its profitable in both way (of course…

main page carousel category filter The purpose of the carousel is to show people streams that they might not find otherwise. The hope is that they will find things they like and then ideally subscribe and make Twitch some money. This is all good.
The problem is that I can't find any way to filter what is shown in the carousel. Today I went to Twitch and every single item in the carousel was "music". I have zero interest in music streams. Other people might not have any interest in sports, art, or even games.
It would be fantastic if we could (at minimum) exclude…

Card Opening Category Would be great to have a general card opening (breaks) category in order to join the community.
We already have Pokemon TCG but nothing for the sports or other TCGs.
A all in one category would be perfect for the breakers community.

Remove Schizophrenia and Autism as stream tags. Remove Schizophrenia as a stream tag.
Use it properly or not at all.
Mental health tags are routinely misused on this platform to the point of novelty.
For that matter remove Autism.
I am mentally exhausted and I am physically sick of reporting streamers who turn the mental illnesses of me and my family into marginalizing jokes on this platform only to see absolutely nothing happen even after months of waiting.
You do not “promote awareness” of mental illnesses by allowing any idiot with a computer and without a diagnosis to use our disabilities and misrepresent us for their own…

Followed channel sorting I have a few suggestions as a content viewer.
Followed Channel tweaks
The Followed Channel Text section is too large.
The New sorting option is pointless as I have no idea its logic. Not knowing its logic makes it HARDER to find the stream you are looking for.
Add a low to high viewer count sorting option. Some people follow large streamers that they hardly watch.
Show every live streamer followed in the section WITHOUT having to hit Show More. Make it scroll if you have to.
Add a custom order sorting option so I can tier my favorite streamers…1 vote -
Allow sorting offline channels by most recent stream I've noticed that with the new "Followed Channels" update all offline channels now seem to be sorted completely randomly. This makes it difficult to find offline channels with new streams and usually I just give up on watching the VODs on twitch and watch them on another platform instead.

PLEASE put the Following list back to number of viewers at the present time, NOT this NEW order which I can't change and NOT LIKE!! T PLEASE put the Following list (on the left side of screen) back to number of viewers at the present time, NOT whatever this new order is from. It makes NO SENSE whatsoever!!!

Offline Recommended Currently (that I'm aware of), there is no way to promote your channel while you're offline - unless of course it's through another site (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, etc).
So, I thought of a solution. How about adding an 'Offline Recommendations' tab underneath the 'Recommended Channels' tab list - this would replace the previous 'Friends' tab.How it works:
It'll work similarly to the current Recommended Channels, except only offline streamers. That way, it gives creators more reach with less effort! Of course, it should only recommend streamers that have been live within the past XX amount of days to prevent…5 votes -
Merge Nioh 2 games into one category Merge "Nioh 2" and "Nioh 2 - The Complete Edition" into one category, because it's the same game. This separation confuses viewers and gamers.
