Change content provider for Hungary As I got informed by my ISP you changed provider locally for content distribution some weeks ago. Since that all the streams are laggy, buffering, stopping etc.. Using VPN would solve the issue but that shouldn't be a must have to watch streams.

(Bug Report) Specific VoD with error #3000 example at a timestamp and fix This is more of a bug report rather than any sort of suggestion, but this seems like the most applicable place to post it.
I was running into error #3000 frequently when watching a particular VOD, and eventually realized that the errors were not occurring randomly, but at specific time stamps in the video. One solution was to disable my chrome browser's hardware acceleration, but that resulted in heavy tearing on the video no matter what my vsync and other related settings were set to. Eventually, I found the solution in the form of using chrome://flags to explicitly either

Ingest Switching Add a streamer configurable delay from when stream is ended in software until stream ends on the website. It is already possible in some way as disconnection protection exsits but it would allow streamers to change ingest servers while they're live if one is currently experiencing issues.
Essentially just expand disconnection protection to all scenarios. If Twitch detects no feed, give us time to come back even if it is a delieberate disconnection. You can currently get lucky and see the NotLikeThis error screen when you disconnect normally and switch ingests but I'd like to see it be controlled.

Twitch causes my game to lag, video quality jumps from good to poor, to error. Twitch has been a great stream platform to use, but lately on Windows 10, that has not been the case. Every video I try to stream, it causes each game to run poorly. What's so strange, is that once I'm no longer streaming, the game runs smoothly.
Then, if I'm not playing the game, then my Twitch has great quality.
Is anyone else experiencing such issues? It wasn't always like this, I streamed a lot a some weeks ago, and everything seemed fine.
I hope that there is a resolve for this. I try to submit bug reports, and it…

add 240p option Would be nice to have for mobile app users, because 160p is too bad and 240p is still good for data saving, also phone screens are usually small, so high quality is not necessary and 240p seems just right on such small screens while still saving data.

ingest server problems I am streaming from Bangkok. Every day at 10pm Bangkok time I get very low bitrates for about 1 - 2 hours. Is there any problem with the server around that time?

refresh or reset video A way to reset or reset the video when it freezes without refreshing the whole page and losing the chat. This is especially important to moderators who might have to keep an eye on the chat but also need to refresh a frozen twitch video. Frankerfacez had a feature but it is lost with the new highwind player.

Create a dark mode disconnect image When in dark mode and the streamer disconnects I am blasted with the White and purple disconnect image. Make a version that detects if I have dark mode enable IE grey or black and purple so I don't lose my eyes when a sudden flash of white light burns my retinas.

Convert all streams into lower-quality forms What I am talking about is not a advanced server-side, multiple-algorithm thing like youtube has. I mean a simple set of algorithms to halve frame rate and quarter resolution. This would be most useful to those with slow-ish connections who watch lower-popularity streams but do not care much about the quality. Firstly, you could use a simple calculation that took the R, G, and B values for a given pixel, then dividied up onscreen pixels into clusters of four and average each value, than take the given value and make it an entire pixel. Even a low-end graphics card can…

Resolution changes to higher scale when tabbing out I want to save some traffic, when watching streams on a background, but stream unexpectedly change the resolution from 160p to 1080p60 on regular and low latency modes. It looks like a bug because when I open the tab again it changes the resolution back to 160p.

1080p Streams that are in 1440p resolution doesn't have option to select 1080p quality.
This affect devices with 1080p resolution because they have left with 720p as max resolution to watch.
It would very nice if there is 1080p quality for 1440p streams

Constant Error #3000 on Firefox Mac M1 when adverstisement starts I am getting error #3000 every time the web player on firefox tries to start playing the advertisements. This always happens when the page is in focus, 100% of the time.
I have tried clearing site data and cookies but the issue still occurs, not having the page in focus (in another tab or window or app) however, the stream is uninterrupted and continues as expected. Ad blocker has no affect (either on or off). Other browsers (chrome, safari) are not experiencing this issue.

HABILITAR SERVER STREAM PARA LIMA, PERU Category: PROBLEM WITH SERVER IN PERU COUNTRY
Summary: the vast majority of colleagues from my country Peru, lately are having problems with the stream, the solution would be the possibility of opening a server in LIMA, PERU. since several internet companies are limited by the bandwidth in my country.

Ingest/Relay Server functionality Add the option for users to select which relay/ingest server to use( if they need to)
This solves most if not all issues with dropped frames which are a result of bad routing, some countries (in my case South Africa) has really bad routing to Twitch servers and without using a local relay/ingest server we cannot stream anything above 480p30fps (without experiencing massive dropped frames which make the stream unbearable to watch) which is the only reason I cannot use Twitch Studio over other platforms right now.3 votes
