Closed Captions Should be an Automatic Tag Having to drop 1 or more out of 5 tags to display to viewers the presence of an accessibility tool disincentivizes to use e.g. the "Closed Captions" tag.
I am not aware if other accessibility tags exits and if they do, if they could be automatic tags as well. Alternatively, accessibility tags should simply not count towards the 5 tags limit, since they convey crucial information to potential viewers with disabilities.

Allow all moderators to recieve /marker confirmation messages. Allowing all moderators to see when any moderator used /marker in chat would help to prevent confusion as to wether or not a marker was added upon broadcaster request.

extended twitch chat message counter We talked around and came to the point that we checked who wrote the most messages. We figured out that twitch only shows 999+ messages at the viewer dashboard you have in the mod-view. Would be awesome if this would get extanded

!clip Looking for a command/code on Twitch API when someone creates a clip and they use !clip the last clip made will go to chat with a link to the clip for everyone to watch. I do not want the command to make a clip or take a random clip from somewhere. I just want it to post the last clip made on my channel from my clips page that viewers made.
For those thinking why not get Nightbot or w/e? They can't because Twitch API doesn't let them. Should Twitch themselves have commands dedicated to Twitch stuff like clips, hosts…

Possibility to change your nickname color per channel. It would be nice to have an option to change your nickname color on per channel basis.

Old/new badges There are a ton of really cool global badges that are no longer obtainable due to Twitch no longer selling games on the site. Seems a shame that these icons were created by some talented staff but nearly no one has them.

Add a new chat view for streamers to split messages into 4-5 lanes/columns. For streamers with a large amount of viewers active in chat, often messages will be missed because the chat has already scrolled past. Since many streamers use a secondary monitor to watch chat, a single vertical column of text is not a very efficient means of utilizing screen-space. Instead I'd recommend splitting chat into four or five independent chat scrolls, by splitting users up into equal, random groups (so a particular user's message would always appear in the same column). This would enhance the ability of the streamer to read individual messages during high activity periods in chat.

Add scroll back length adjustable in settings. Being able to increase the max scroll back value beyond the 150 limit would help a lot with chat moderating, and help with chat interaction from the broadcaster. This feature would disabled by default in settings but once enabled the user will be able to set the value to his/her liking. Having a maximum limit to start with ex. 10K would be a great start, with the set maximum value becoming bigger over time.

Streamers can promote followers to be able to join sub only chat. Hello everyone SlaveZero here,
Chat is mostly non subs and most streamers go to sub only chat, and I think that all streamers have loyal followers that were with them for years and are not subs. It would be nice if there was an option where streamer could promote their loyal followers to be able to participate in sub only chat.

implement options to pick font for chats Right now people can be distinguished by badges and name color, but allowing users to have different fonts can really help differentiate and provide more of a "personality" for chatters.
Streamers should be able to ban certain fonts in their streams that they find too hard to read or otherwise don't like.

Chat Auto Replace I have a running gag on my channel, and would love to be able to make a filter that automatically replaces one word with another to go along with the gag. Could also be used to fight spam and hate comdically.

Clip Watermark/logo It would be nice if we could upload a watermark to Twitch that was applied to our clips. The ability to place it in different locations would be nice as well depending on the clip.

Report box for inappropriate behavior in chat I propose adding a reporting box in Twitch chat to quickly flag inappropriate behavior. Viewers could select a user, provide a mandatory reason, and send the report directly to moderators. Moderators would have three sanction options: warn, temporary ban, or permanent ban. Reporters would receive a confirmation notification.
This feature would make chat safer, help moderators act faster, and create a healthier community experience.

Add Team Members as a Quick Filter for Raids When using the "Raid Channel" window from the Dashboard, add a Quick Filter for "Team Members". Some people are in multiple teams or large teams and can't follow everybody (thinking of the Creator Clubs Twitch Teams for example), having a Quick Filter including members of your team(s) would allow you to easily find similar creators to raid.

unknown banning.... so I was banned for "stop hurting them" and "stop attack", for gaming comments.. .. duh... point is I was banned but I could not see what I said... when you ban someone you need to always show what was said. you normally can not see why you are banned... in twitch you need wait 15 minutes and only then there can you see how or why you are banned... and then after that you again can not see any reasons or explanations why...I would like to have you tell me I said "don't hurt them" and "stop attack" and…

Display the moderator's reasoning on a ban on mobile Recently Twitch updated its mobile apps to display the reason provided by the channel moderators when someone gets timed out or warned. However, the status quo remains for a ban. When a channel moderator bans someone and that person is on mobile, it only displays that the person got banned from the chat / stream. allow users to curate their favourite emotes The emote selection dialogue in chat is frustrating.
Please enable users to remove channels they no longer subscribe to and replace the "most used" section and replace it with pinned "favourites" - so users can curate their own easily accessible emotes.
I have emotes in my favourites list that I haven't used for a year. I have channels in my emotes list that relate to expired gifted subs that waste UI real estate and frustrate me every single time I see them.

Add a feature for mods to HIDE a message instead of only Delete. Sometimes people get moderated in chat because they are being "bad" (posting spam, bad URL's, and or swearing) and moderators will "delete message". But then sometimes people who say something helpful (like a game hint, when the streamer says no hints/spoilers), will get the same treatment "message deleted", however many times these people are quite innocently trying to help, but did not notice the streamer wants no hints/spoilers. I feel this is not a good practice to "delete messages" that have good intentions, as the entire chat room sees their message was "deleted by a mod" (with no reason given)…

moderator only chat would it be possible to have a moderator only chat integrated into mod view ? this is so moderators and the broadcaster can talk to each other if needed to help keep the community safe ? often mods especially in my channel ban people and the other mods are unaware of why it has happened etc i just think this could be a great feature if it was added ??
