Report box for inappropriate behavior in chat
I propose adding a reporting box in Twitch chat to quickly flag inappropriate behavior. Viewers could select a user, provide a mandatory reason, and send the report directly to moderators. Moderators would have three sanction options: warn, temporary ban, or permanent ban. Reporters would receive a confirmation notification.
This feature would make chat safer, help moderators act faster, and create a healthier community experience.

Adding a report box for inappropriate behavior in Twitch chat would greatly enhance community safety and moderation efficiency. By allowing viewers to select a user, provide a required reason, and submit the report directly to moderators, this system ensures swift and accountable action. Moderators could then choose from three sanctions—warn, temporary ban, or permanent ban—while reporters receive confirmation notifications, creating transparency and trust. Just as platforms like Fife Jammers https://fifejammers.uk/fife-jammers-posts/ provide clear, organized updates for their community, a structured reporting feature would keep chat interactions safe, positive, and well-managed, fostering a healthier online environment for everyone.
