Bot Role Could we have the ability to identify channel bots separately from human mods? The bots need the mod permissions a lot of the time but the streamers often start ignoring the bot messages in order to focus on chat, but unfortunately that seems to often lead to streamers ignoring any mod messages, not just bots.

Activity Monitoring Page As someone who mods for a fair number of streamers, trying to keep an eye on things at all these different places can get hectic. Something I have considered for a while is the creation of another type of mod view page. On this page there is a text input to add a streamer you mod for and have it will populate with a column of the panels you want from the mod view.
You could have it set up to show Activity Feed, Rewards Queue, and Suspicious User Activity as an example.

Blocked Terms Reasons There have been many times the streamer, other mods, or even myself have gone over the blocked terms list somewhere and found old terms with no recollection on their purpose. It would be very nice to have a way to add a custom text box attached to the term to explain what it's purpose is.
ex: This is a bot website, This is a spoiler, PII related, Used in a hate raid, etc

Hard Blocked Terms I believe there should still be a way for blocked terms and phrases to be always blocked and not even sent to Automod queue, regardless of Public/Private designation.
The visual setup for this could be to have flags. For example Auto Deny as one flag, Shared as another in the event of a blocked terms sharing feature, and Regex for rules which would run on that logic.

Ad-break During raids to various channels as a mod, viewer, and chatter, a concern I have noticed is when the streamer is introducing themselves, an almost immediate ad-break occurs or too soon within their introductory period. The advertisements vary in length and number, which during this period, the incoming group of viewers may loose interest or patience to sit through as they are unable to acknowledge who the streamer is and community they are joining into and if it’s for them. Android Mod View Popout viewer For Mod View on android, having it as a pop out viewer like when using the regular view for the twitch android mobile app would be helpful.
When I'm in mod view and I need to look something up on my internet browser or answer a discord message, the app closes down so I can't watch stream and search at the same time. HOWEVER, when using the regular twitch view, the video does a pop out view so I can watch and google search at the same time/reply to discord messages etc.

Hate-Raid/Hate-Follow-Bot responsiveness. I think it would be extremely helpful to have more tools available for Mods to respond to hate raids/follow-bot raids. Something along the lines of a way to view new follows in a separate tab, where you can click a check box next to them, and then choose to report them AND ban them in one action en masse. It's one thing to ban accounts, but if we can report them, it makes it more difficult for them to use those same accounts multiple times for future raid endeavors. Reward Request Queue Reward Request Queue Update Suggestion
Could we please add a "Pause All Redeems" feature to the Reward Request Queue?
Currently, we have the options "Complete All" and "Reject All", but having a "Pause All" button would be incredibly convenient for moderators and streamers.
There are many situations where it’s necessary to temporarily pause all redeems, and having to manually pause each one individually is both time-consuming and frustrating. A single-click "Pause All" option would save a lot of time and help us manage streams more smoothly.

Mobile Mod settings I think that mod tools on mobile need to reflect mod tools on web. There are quite a few very important mod features not available on mobile that are available on web. Examples being the warning and announce features. Myself and my fellow mods aren't always at our PC so at least once or twice a stream we have to ping our discord chat to ask someone to warn a person. The announce feature is something that has been missing from mobile for quite a while at this point and I don't understand why it hasn't already been addressed.

shoutout queue Shoutouts will be added to a queue, and will auto shoutout when the timer is up rather than having to wait for the 2min timer. This will make multi raids, large collabs, and shouting out multiple streamers friends in chat much easier for the mods, and focus their attention where its needed on the chat.

Filter chat history by words or dates Add the same filtering system that is on clips to users chat history so mods can filter by keywords or dates.
Many times I've been trying to check a someones general history or find context for an incident and for anyone that chats often, it becomes a painfully slow scroll of waiting for messages to load. Being able to filter would make it so much easier.

fullscreen & chat In standard view, when I open fullscreen, I can still open the chat on the right side and keep a larger, otherwise fullscreen size. In Mod View, could we add that feature? It is much more convenient, but currently if I open fullscreen from Mod View, I cannot also see chat.

"Chat Highlights" in *Mod View* aren't working anymore For more than 3 weeks there's a bug which is preventing Chat Highlights to be shown in Mod View. You can fix it by toggling them on and off. But I wish it would just work normally again, right away.
(Speaking of "First Time Chat" and "Raider" etc.)

When Shield Mode is active, disable raiding. Idea: When Shield Mode is active, disable raiding. Logic being that raiding out just enables bad actors to then begin attacking the raid target, perpetuating the cycle.
