Bug - Hide no longer works on website for Prime Gaming items Bug - I’ve always gone through and hidden items I don’t want to clean up the Prime Gaming List on the website. 2 months in a row now items that I previously hid have come back again. Please fix this, it is ridiculously annoying, otherwise I’m just going to stop visiting the site. I can’t be bothered to sift through **** and remember whether I hid it or not months ago.

Streaming in 1080p only mode I understand that there is an Algorithm or something that dictates when smaller streamers have the lower quality options for viewing. This should be default for ALL streamers. I feel like the option for streamers to be able to stream in lower qualities besides just 1080p should be allowed for Smaller streamers as well, not just Partners. A lot of people still don't have internet good enough to stream/watch in 1080p... letting smaller communities have that option as a default would not only help them find/attract more viewers and grow their communities but it would also be a benefit to…

Consistent Muted Audio when Playing American National Anthem It would be nice to not have audio muted when playing the American National Anthem. Each time it is played in our stream it's erroneously tagged as "Goodnite, Dr. Death by My Chemical Romance."
The content skimmer or algorithm or what ever it is needs fixed as it gets annoying having to regularly submit a copyright content dispute for attempting to honor our country. Even if it's just fine tuned for items like legally obtained versions of the National Anthems of different countries.

Idea - New feature: Extra volume button solely for twitch stream Music. I want to listen to my own music while watching a twitch streamer, but I can't turn down the music from stream - Only the master volume.
With this feature there is more freedom in Twitch streams which makes the customers more likely to stay and enjoy the stream.
Music taste can vary a lot among us and it would be cool to listen to your favourite music and streamer at the same time!I love Twitch and let me know what you guys think about this suggestion.

Phone number I feel like when users are dealing with a suspension or ban twitch takes forever to notify users of updates on their suspension appeal or ban appeal. I feel like if twitch created a contact number that was only for suspension appeal updates then that will help the user get clarity better, instead of waiting a very long time.

Twitch Support Recommendation I am posting this show the need for additional Twitch support. I recommend that Twitch develops a call center for escalation support or even to support content creators. Sometimes, email messaging or posting boards can limit the discovery of complex issues. I have worked customer service and have seen the benefits of having additional support channels. I would be happy to give feedback or suggestions in any way.

Drop it. I took part in the WoW/Twitch Drake drop and neither business followed through with what was promised or advertised. Where's my mount?! I'll ask you like I asked Blizzard, why would I want to continue this "service" or pass it on to my friends and family? Again, where's my mount? I watch Nagurra until she went off the air and then I watch Swift do until 1am my time I believe. Even if it was until midnight, I began the streams between 4:30pm - 6pm and ended between 12am and 1am.
