Twitch Support is a pain to use
Contacted Twitch support multiple time. had to explain multiple time the issue, always received a pre-made reply not linked to the issue.
And no way to give Twitch feedback about it.
Suggestion:
Take a look at the workflow of twitch support.
Give a tool to report bad support; to improve it

Same thing here, they are not reading or taking it seriously at all. They ask us to report their **** and then they don't even do their side of the job, while we do half of it.
