emote menu

There is a UI issue when pulling up the emote menu and there is a pinned chat. The layering places the pinned chat OVER the emote menu and it really shouldn't. It blocks rows 3-5 of emotes and there isn't really anything you can do about it. This happens both in and out of moderation views.
