General report tool that is not tied to a specific user for reporting anon users and/or gifters
It would be good to have a general reporting tool to bring attention to activities. Currently a streamer is being bombarded with harassment via anon gifted subs which don't have moderated names.
It's possible to report the names but that doesn't change that its still happening. Having a report tool that isn't tied to a specific user would be useful, especially when it's done through anon.
