Reporting and Suspension Transparency
We should be able to see exactly what happens when Twitch is NOT actioning reports. We should also be able to know exactly what the consequences are for serious infractions (ban length, manly.)
I have reported Terms of Service violations from bots and nobodies with great success -- but when I make reports against big partners, I get nothing -- silence. In light of recent events, we deserve transparency.
I would like to think that Twitch implements its rules fairly, whether creators are big or small, and no matter who they are. However, it seems to me that this is NOT the case, so transparency would be a great asset to the community so that we can feel secure in Twitch's values.
