Create a platform error support area
Over the last year, since September, several waves of unjustified bans have been carried out by the platform, some resolved thanks to social pressure on Twitter and others completely ignored by the platform.
The truth is that many users require help, since none of the sanctions have a clear feedback of what happened, they seem like bans handed down by someone with the permissions to do so from within the platform's support.
Twitch is a platform that many of us are fond of, but in recent years we have seen how support attention has declined, and we did not feel as helpless against system errors as we do now.
It is time for the platform to accept that it made many mistakes and start to solve the real problems that are affecting it. I have seen very talented users migrating from the platform, not to go for more profits but for decent treatment by the platform's staff.
We feel ignored and undervalued. I hope this post helps you visualize the discontent of creators in current times with a platform that we have a lot of affection for and that is why we insist on calling attention to it. As a reference, look for the post on Twitter by @VanSnipes where you can identify hundreds of cases where the platform totally ignores users with a system where even if you are banned by mistake you have to wait 6 months to appeal, and if you are ignored again another 6 months. The appeals system is poorly parameterized if cases are not reviewed with the seriousness that is required.
A very clear example is that this section of Uservoice should not be part of the bans applied, but rather a tool to resolve unfair ban cases, and we are completely sure that they have been unjustified since these measures have been lifted for some streamers due to social pressure.
