Send notifications to people who do not know they are streaming
Hey so maybe next time someone is idly streaming without knowing they are streaming, y'all should send out a notification to the user that is unknowingly streaming you dicks!

@GrodyTube if someone is streaming a black screen for 48 hours it should be very obvious that they are not intentionally streaming

Twitch has no way of knowing whether someone is live on purpose or not. If you are using OBS, there is a setting you can turn on that forces you to click a button confirming that you want to start streaming before going live that I highly recommend using!
