Re-evaluate Partners Periodically
Many Partners flippantly break Twitch's Terms of service, many telling others to do so, in the process. If these are meant to be pillars of the community, they should uphold the standards better than anyone. Instead, they coast on their status to avoid anything beyond a 24-hour ban. This shows that they are not being held to the same standard as the rest of the creators on the platform. Partners who knowingly break the Terms and continue to do it when corrected should be stripped of Partner status.

As much as I love this idea, and fully support this, I know that Twitch likely won't do this simply because too many of them already have influence with the Execs or are allowed to get away with behavior that non-Partners or most Partners get away with.
I'm talking about the Elites like Poki, KaiCenat, Amouranth, and so on (just as a few examples). KaiCenat for instance having the influence to have a friend who was perma'd (for good reason) back to Twitch, AFTER the fact of his little 'incident' in NY and the other persons 'flashing incident' (which he got off scot-free for as well, shame on YouTube for that one).
They say their behavior for partners, on AND off stream is monitored. Yet here we are with some of these premiere members, who get treated like they have immunity, getting away with things the average streamer would've been perma-banned for.
The room stinks at Twitch HQ, they need new leadership. And it all starts at the top #FireDanClancy

I not only agree with this, but would also add that if partners are to be the standard that all other members on this platform should strive to be like when creating content on Twitch, then they (partners) should actually be held to an even higher standard with more scrutiny placed on their actions to ensure ToS is not only upheld, but to an exemplary degree.
Either draw a hard line equalizing the treatment to all your platforms creators, or if preferential treatment and privileges is still to be provided to partners then partners should be required to uphold the ToS on twitch in order to EARN those privileges. No Exceptions.
