Just wanted to update this thread that we are doing an experiment right now with Stream Display Ads! These are less disruptive ads that allow viewers to see and hear Creators while being displayed. As much as I love this idea, and fully support this, I know that Twitch likely won't do this simply because too many of them already have influence with the Execs or are allowed to get away with behavior that non-Partners or most Partners get away with.
I'm talking about the Elites like Poki, KaiCenat, Amouranth, and so on (just as a few examples). KaiCenat for instance having the influence to have a friend who was perma'd (for good reason) back to Twitch, AFTER the fact of his little 'incident' in NY and the other persons 'flashing incident' (which he got off scot-free for as well, shame on YouTube for that one).
They say their behavior for partners, on AND off stream is monitored. Yet here we are with some of these premiere members, who get treated like they have immunity, getting away with things the average streamer would've been perma-banned for.
The room stinks at Twitch HQ, they need new leadership. And it all starts at the top #FireDanClancy
