There's an issue with search showing sexual content
I search for "astroneer", a friendly video game, and some of the content that shows up, is scantily dressed females whose only purpose seems to "titilation". There's other sites for this, and this is not remotely related to "Astroneer".
Showing semi-adult, low grade content, such as a female in a bikini, not doing anything interesting seems like sliding down a hill into sleeze.
Makes me think Twitch has gone downhill. I am sure these channels are probably barely on the side of the rules. But that doesn't mean they add value. Or should be shown when I am looking for game content. It doesn't offend me, in a prude sort of way, it offends me in an intellectual way.
