Why can viewers with 0 strikes be terminated by a group of people reporting them or using a spam bot, even though the person did nothing?
A friend of mine got banned and got proof that he got reported by a group, appealed and also sent support tickets and all you can do is to tell him, that he should appeal again what you can do 1 time in half a year with the same outcome to be waiting on him? How is this possible and how are some streamers with over 20 bans not perma banned, but viewers with no strikes whatsoever can be completly terminated by a small group spam reporting them or using a spam report bot for it? This is just sad.
