twitch should stop faking network errors and accept reports
twitch has a lot of spam accounts, piracy, sexual content, and underage streamers. after reporting five or so someone at twitch gets bored and bans your account from reporting, instead of doing their job and moderating their service. "network error, please try again later" is a ruse. my internet works just fine, or else i wouldn't be able to watch streams or make this post.
