Hide Messages from Monitored Chatters from Mods/Broadcaster
There is a big problem with Twitch's current "Restrict/Monitor" function.
As of right now, if you start monitoring or restricting a user (for example, a ban evader), for moderators and the broadcaster, EVERY message that user sends is highlighted, making it stand out from every other message. While I understand that this highlight function has it's uses, it is inherently harmful if users are consistently making new accounts to ban evade. This system is doing the opposite of what we need if their messages are standing out to our moderators and broadcasters, as it makes it HARDER to ignore the messages and the trolls/bad actors will KNOW the message will be more likely to be seen due to the highlight.
I think the best solution to this problem is to do a similar action that deleted messages have for moderators. For anyone flagged as a ban evader or anyone marked as "restricted" under the same function, the messages from the restricted user should be hidden from view unless the moderator or broadcaster click "view message". Broadcasters and moderators mental health is important and they shouldn't be put in a position where they're made to consistently view abusive messages when they are trying to restrict them from both the public chat and themselves.
When it comes to people making accounts over and over, limiting the ban evaders is more effective than banning their accounts, as they will just keep making new ones. This gives moderators power and peace of mind, as the restricted user will likely be unaware their messages aren't showing up to the public chat, or at the very least it'll give moderators more time before a new account is made by the ban evader.
Twitter has implemented a similar feature where it'll automatically hide every single message from flagged users, making the user posting abusive messages completely unaware that their messages are going into to the void, not being seen by anyone. In today's time it should be less about "Just ban/block the user" and more about "How can we avoid these abusive messages from being seen?".
Thanks!

what if you use any external extension like https://thedrivingtutors.com/ to boost the trafic is it worthy to hide messages.

This would be particularly helpful to smaller channels, as restricted users, intent on getting banned, clog up chat, and if we ban them they just come back within a week on a brand new account with a fake verified phone number and email, bypassing chat restrictions.
Hiding it would be better as it's more likely they just leave for somewhere else since they can't get the attention they are looking for. I realise this is just passing the buck, but bigger streams at least have the benefit of the spam being lost almost immediately.
Additionally, many users won't be familiar with the feature, and therefore try and send several messages before getting frustrated and leaving, not realising it's tied to their account and not because of the messages themselves, and thus won't make a new account trying again.
At the very least, it should be possible for streamers to hide restricted comments, as opposed to having a giant beacon of disruption in chat.

While the whole "marking as suspicious" feature by itself is problematic, _that the messages are specially highlighted is intentional_.
It is the job of the broadcaster (who is also a moderator of their own channel!) and their moderators to evaluate the user's conduct and *remove* the marker as quickly as possible (majority of cases), or enforce on their abuse (if they are indeed abusive).
Also, users can tell if their chat messages are being relayed in the chat or not. It's not even hard. Just open the channel twice and observe if the message you sent shows up in the other instance. Restricted users are also told their message wasn't posted as if they had tried to send a message with a blocked word in it. Since they usually believe the message was okay to send, this then commonly results in them trying to find out what words they were not allowed to use so that they may send it. This happens by users who are abusive and those who are not alike. It is not strange or unusual for a user to be confused about why they can't send a message they tried to send.
