Ban Enforcement and Transparency for Serious Safety Concerns
Twitch needs to start addressing serious harassment and safety complaints from creators, no matter how big or small their community! Concerns involving child safety, sexual exploitation, revenge ****, etc. need to be prioritized over more trivial issues and reviewed immediately.
You've allowed a predator, who's harassed dozens of creators, and who ADMITTED to taking a clip when my 3 year old daughter ran into the room unclothed by accident, saving it and threatening me with it for "retaliation" to stream on your platform for MONTHS despite THOUSANDS of reports! This is truly unacceptable and appalling that a platform the size of Twitch doesn't have adequate resources to address serious safety concerns.
We need transparency into how Twitch reviews and addresses reports! Twitch needs to improve the process flow of their reporting process to ensure the most severe issues get prompt attention and law enforcement involvement where applicable.

Hey all,
Thank you for your feedback. The harassment of our community members is strictly prohibited per our Community Guidelines, and we take user reports and allegations of misconduct very seriously—particularly when they involve allegations of egregious behavior.
Directing you to our Safety Center pages for Filing a Report, Handling Serious Misconduct and our Off-Service Policy. These offer more insight into best practices for filing reports on Twitch and what to expect after filing. Please note that every Twitch report is reviewed and investigated by a human specialist, and that mass reporting the same content will not increase the speed in which a report is investigated or increase the likelihood of enforcement.
As a general policy, we do not comment on individual cases publicly or disclose specific details about the enforcement action to the user(s) who reported the violation. This is to protect the privacy and safety of those involved, including those who filed the report or provided evidence. For some especially sensitive report types, including those that relate to minors or alleged criminal behavior, we do not share any updates with external parties for safety and other reasons.
While these policies will remain active, we will be introducing substantial improvements to the user reporting experience and appeals process in the next few months.
Please additionally note that as it pertains to UserVoice specifically, commentary on specific suspension decisions, support requests, and suggestions disparaging others has been closed without comment, per our policy.

For a modern online platform, the fact that you can't provide an update to the status of a report is baffling. BX's issues need to be looked into and addressed, not simply pushed aside.

You know, it stuff like this that keeps making me question if evil is easy to get rid of, even though everyone says it isn’t yet I want to believe that it is. Justice for these children.

I am not happy with the way you have handled this Twitch. And honestly believe that the FBI needs to take a look at this man’s actions.

I would get banned for calling someone a name, clowning them on Twitter on top of the fact that you would even monitor my actual life for a reason to remove me from the platform. Yet, you have someone running fraud operation on your site with multiple reports and testimonies you decide to do nothing

We're tired of the one-sided and unfair standards along with clear double standards as well. All we ask is you actually enforce your rules equally every time. What my friend BXBulletTV has dealt with isn't ok by any means why hasn't this been solved already. We also need the reasons why someone was banned with full context and we need to ban everyone equally. We're tired of dealing with literally full on horrible support and bans when they aren't even needed and when some clearly are! Create actual TOS that you'll keep enforced we need a lot fixed. Thanks for reading this and please take this seriously as this will be a huge help for use all of us! I've been streaming 8+ years on Twitch now and I love it please let's make Twitch even greater and changes that'll help this platform continue to be amazing and grow!

Do something about it Twitch moderators. People has reported about this type of stuff and nothing has been doing about it. Twitch admins needs to investigate the claim, the context before and after the claim.

the fact that twitch is taking the side of a child predator is disgusting the fcc should be investigating twitch for allowing child predators to operate on thier platform

I am really hoping for Twitch to do something about this. I haven’t felt like supporting anyone on this platform for the past two weeks now because of this and when I do get on I try to remain a lurker because I know the people I support have nothing to do with the behavior of others but someone needs to send a message to Twitch. I don’t feel comfortable being on twitch as long as there are pedos and nothing being done but y’all are so quick to ban someone for the smallest thing that doesn’t even affect TOS policy. DO BETTER TWITCH. Jump on sexual harassment, blackmail, and pedophilla like you’re quick to jump on some TOS violations!

It's sad that Twitch is quick to jump on only SOME violations of ToS, but ignore others, which in many cases are more dangerous to allow to continue. Do better Twitch

It's sad this man is allowed to stay on the platform after admitting to viewbotting, blackmailing, blackmailing with child paraphernalia, brigading, sending viewers to harass, and threatening this woman. The fact that he is still here is sickening. Please do something Twitch.

what is wrong with twitch.tv.. legitmently turned into a garbage streaming platform..I totally get maybe they don't want to pay actual ppl to work for support.. but Im sure there are so many displeased streamers with this situation alone that someone would do it for free.. sad day to see nothing be done from a website that's taking half the $$$ but us streamers are the only ones out here trying to do something about this !!!! justice for bxbullet! no one should ever have to deal with this

What happened to BXbullet is abhorrent. No mother should have to worry about her family being in danger because of her views or her streams on twitch. Twitch is no place for people that blackmail, lie, and threaten others online.

What is wrong with addressing the concerns of a streamer Twitch? You ban streamers for showing a little skin and ignore real concerns who is a pedophile. Why? Judgment will come to you. BXBulletTV is my friend and I am disgusted at your lack of response. Fix it now!
