Sexual suggestiveness out of control
According to google and people knowledge, sexual suggestiveness is visual, verbal, written or behavioral material or action with sexual undertones implying sexual intent in order to provoke sexual arousal.
Said that, how come your website allows people, like Amouranth for example, to stream, clearly, sexual suggestive content and not banning them properly? Besides the huge amount of money and attention that they bring to Twitch. It would be a shame if your company started to be correlated as an Open Door for children to ingress into ***********. Remembering that Twitch started and still is a streaming game domain that has direct contact with children in many ways.
So, what about this becoming, some day in the future, a huge CNN news relating Twitch to kids watching sexual suggestive content?
You guys need to make your mind, because this subject is becoming every time bigger and bigger. And besides the free marketing that you are earning with this right now. In the future, it's gonna cost you a lot of money. Streamers, like Asmodan (that moves around 50k viewers per stream) already said that can't work in a domain that is directly correlated with child expose to sexual suggestive content. And I'm glad with this, because, as a viewer, I definitely would support and use a stream domain that has real politics against this topic.
As I was saying, this is a path with no return. This kind of subject is unhealthy for the community, is not good for your business and it's even terrible from a social perspective view.
Think about it, before it gets too big to handle. Because you are no longer alone in the actual stream market and people are aware about whats happening on Twitch.

I was informed of the TOS changes by a friend and had to see for my self, knowing how bad the sexual content had already become in the past I wasnt quite ready for what I saw upon checking top streamers right now and found at least 15 women who were near or entirely nude shacking thair brests around and acting extreamly suggestive while doing absolutly nothing at all. I'm sorry but if these people want to conduct these types of livestreams there is a place for that and it is not Twitch.tv. This is entirely just pornographic streams that are abusing the new TOS.
This has to change and the TOS needs to be much more strict on this matter. Look I understand and appriate some streamers do full body paint and it is for the most part family friendly and purly artistic but when I come accross a steam that is only tittled "OILED UP BOOTY" and contains a well endowed woman laying on the floor waring nothing and covered in oil then things are far far out of control.
It takes nothing for kids to access this content as there are no real age verifications on this platform, all they have to do is make an account with a birth day surpassing the age of 18 and boom they have total access to "restricted" content.
There is nolonger any protections for those viewers that are underage and Twitch has now just become another live **** site just as Onlyfans changed from a simple site designed much like patrion to a **** show. -

I agree with everything that SmashYakimesh has brought to the table, including with what mmirth101 had to offer from their plate.
This new ToS is making everything a problem and people - VERY nice people are getting and I'd quote "getting mistakenly banned" for this new ToS that has taken effect, let's be real if there was an option to stream 18+ content on this platform people would, as you can see, however people don't and when I say people I mean "twitter users" don't care about other people and only care about themselves.
Children/minors will, WILL find a way to bypass their account to observe this inappropriate content since you're making it so easily accessible, please revert this change. This isn't right, children are the future of the world. They are going to be the leaders of tomorrow and are going to make choices that will directly affect our generation. Children are pliable, so it's up to us to mold them well and send them in the right direction, and this change to the ToS, does the complete opposite.

I watched Ludwig streaming a game, which was prolly on you tube, but now he's back on Twitch and his friend is always talking, describing fotos. etc, about sex and highly descriptive sexual content. Kids are watching while they are playing games and I find it disturbing that this is not being addressed. If they want to do that kind of thing, there should be a content classification on these channels, or warning, or whatever it takes, as this is not to be allowed. They obviously don't have children, and do not care or take this in account. I totally agree with Smash!!
