what can we do about follow and view bots if the issue arises on our channels?

Looks like nothing has been done to get rid of follow bots. I just had 1,200 new followers added to my stream tonight. I had to pause my stream and turn off my follow alert on OBS because it was nonstop.

Every single streamer on Twitch I've seen over the past 8+ months receives random bots that advertise a Bigfollows service.
This service seems like it should be against Twitch Terms of Service. Although not stated, it would perhaps fall under section 9, "ii. impersonate any person or entity" because buying followers would be impersonating real people. But this is a loose interpretation. It seems like Twitch endorses the bigfollows service by allowing the bots to appear and spam chats with links that always include the word "bigfollows."
If broadcasters ban this word, the bots cannot post the link. Why not do a site-wide ban on the word "bigfollows" first, then figure out the exploit on how so many bots are able to crawl across every new and established streamer, to spam links to this service?

I realy feel harassed by all these bot accounts roaming around on twitch. They aren't a problem at all when they lurk around in every stream but they destroy a lot of functions provided by others like streamlabs and so on. They distort top viewer lists for example by beeing in every stream and so on and you can't do anything about them showing up again and again. I wonder if there will anything be done about these useless bot accounts in the future.

In my streame there were multiple accounts from a ,,company,, called BigFollowers. There you can buy Followers, thats what they say, more later in this text. I never visited that site because I dont know if its safe, but these messages annoy me and it destroys the experience of streaming. There are many many accounts and they write the same massage. Maybe there could be a feature that automaticly deletes those messages. I know that there might be a way to do it with chat filters, but for streamers who just started and dont know it, it would be nice to have a feature from the first stream on that deletes those messages. Many other streamers report that they get spammed from those bots. Please do something. The worst: One reported, that it took over his Twitch Accont and used all the money he had. So its a scam site which uses bots to advertises in streams of normal Twitch users.
