Every single streamer on Twitch I've seen over the past 8+ months receives random bots that advertise a Bigfollows service.
This service seems like it should be against Twitch Terms of Service. Although not stated, it would perhaps fall under section 9, "ii. impersonate any person or entity" because buying followers would be impersonating real people. But this is a loose interpretation. It seems like Twitch endorses the bigfollows service by allowing the bots to appear and spam chats with links that always include the word "bigfollows."
If broadcasters ban this word, the bots cannot post the link. Why not do a site-wide ban on the word "bigfollows" first, then figure out the exploit on how so many bots are able to crawl across every new and established streamer, to spam links to this service?

Twitch Support on Twitter constantly blames users for the misconfigured music trackers on Twitch rather than acknowledging that DMCA is a complicated and nuanced situation and handling it respectfully for streamers that don't want to violate any laws. Twitch seems to be arrogant about DMCA, blaming streamers for situations inside of Twitch's control.

Twitch continues to push alcohol ads on me even though I repeatedly use the gear icon to report alcohol ads as abusive. To a sober person like myself, alcohol ads are a violation of Twitch's TOS, line 9v, regarding abusive behavior. I have filed dozens of reports to Twitch and tweeted them for months with no response.

It would be nice to see everyone else's pronouns easily and have that option easily accessible for any chatter.

Since seeing the new policy over usernames, I have still seen usernames that break Twitch's Community Safety guidelines like this. An easy way to resolve this problem is to ban words that are generally harmful to most people and specifically harmful to select groups. As one of the largest social media platforms around, this should be mission critical to keep the brand accessible to the most amount of people.
