Report Transparency/Feedback
I would love if the whole process of reporting someone came with a bit more transparency in regards to what then happens.
When reporting a user today, you're left with the message "Thank you for your report", and that's it. From that point, you have no way of knowing what happens, and you never hear back from Twitch in regards to the outcome of your report.
I would like to suggest that a bit of transparency is introduced to this process.
If reports were treated like bug reports/feature suggestions, sending us an automated e-mail with a ticket-number attached, it would not only allow us to submit further proof/more info directly attached to that specific report to further expidite it, but it would also allow us to know if our report was handled and action was taken, or if our report was declined for one or more reasons.
I know for obvious reasons, you can't always disclose how specific reports are handled, but giving us a degree of transparency in this process and allowing us to chip in on a specific report directly based on a ticket-number, could allow for a certain - and most likely not insignificant - amount of reports to get handled with higher accuracy than previous.

I could definitely use a copy of my actual report, instead of the generic "Thank you for your report" or when actioned, "Your report has been actioned". Simple username reported, violation reported, information provided etc. would be helpful.

I agree with Anneweetwel in that I do a few reports as I mod on a few channels. It is great to get the email that my report has been actioned but would love to know at less the username that the report was related to.

Ok, it's 2021 and I reported a couple of people and got the standard "thank you, we received your report" e-mail.
Now recently I've got a follow up e-mail saying "we've actioned on your report", but I have no idea about which one it was and what they did to it (after I figured it would be about the most recent report I've done, I saw they suspended the account).
I'd like to know at LEAST about which report they've taken action on. -

Seeing as Emmett confirmed at the Opening Ceremony for TC'19 that more direct communication/transparency/feedback on reports submitted by users will be coming, this should probably be marked as Planned.
