Channel Points

How it works:
  • Choose a relevant category for your idea and check to see if any other users have already submitted this suggestion before creating your own
  • Be clear with your suggestion, provide examples and solutions to the problem you are posing. Suggestions without actionable feedback may be closed without comment
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests
  • Be sure to share your suggestion with others to gain more support!
  • Note: Suggestions are not guarantees that we will take action on an idea. We will try our best to communicate why an idea may not work, but may not always be able to share that information.
  • Titles that are unclear or unnecessarily vulgar may be reworded to better reflect the request for ease of discovery

If you need help:
This forum is for ideas only. If you need help, please check out our help portal for tons of articles that may answer your questions. If you still need help, you can reach out to our support team in the help portal as well!

Appeals or commentary on suspension decisions, support requests, suggestions disparaging others, and non-constructive feedback will be closed without comment.

  2. Twitch Needs a Streamer’s Fair Play Button

Streamers sometimes trigger early payouts by mistake, leaving some viewers shortchanged. The platform needs a Fair Play Button—a tool to correct errors while reinforcing trust with chat.
    How it works:

    • Tracks the last payout losers and lets streamers fix the mistake once per day.
    • Doubles payout for affected users without changing winners' rewards.
    • Scales cost dynamically to keep it balanced and fair.
    • Encourages engagement, boosting revenue for streamers and Twitch alike.

This feature helps streamers own up to mistakes, strengthens communities, and ensures fairness.

  6. Streamserie

Serie weg. Bitte wieder meine Streamingserie herstellen. Twicht antwortet immer nur mit einem KI-Bot

  10. I need to be able to control how often a redeem can be used.

I have a few channel point redeems that I'd like to either make usable only once per month or once per user. Currently the longest cooldown is 7 days. Give us an unlimited cooldown so we can better enjoy and customize our channel point system.

  16. Separate VIP "channel points" Points from Choosing your Own VIP's

    Hello,

I am kind of a noob and just hit 50 subs. I see we are allowed to choose VIP's and get a total of 10. I also understand that as an affiliate people can gain VIP with points from watching.

I think we should get 10/10. 10 VIP's we can choose and 10 that can be awarded. They are 2 different things and we should have more options.

I feel my idea is level headed enough to gain employment there.

    Thank you!
