prediction Make a button to refund all points if you miss click the wrong team you are trying to vote for during predictions or better you can make a button that you can click to transfer spent points to the other prediction before the prediction timer ends, that way you never mess up spending your points. I have noticed some people (myself as well) accidently click the wrong points button and once you submit you are not allowed to take your points back to fix your mistake.

Favouritism and Trolls This person named buckythemascot is a troll because he is always a coward and a trolling around the chat on maedawn's chat and i can't stop him for spamming redeemed because buckythemascot always up to something. Whenever to talks and left few minutes or hours. buckythemascot is the last straw that never to seen him again especially favouritism streamers.

Watch streak issues! Hello, I’m writing this report/ Idea about watch streak! I recently having a few issues about the watch streak! The first one is I’ve been watching the same streamers when they go live right but if we miss one stream we are able to maintain our streak if we watch the vod of the stream we missed but the icon doesn’t appear like it usually does, yes is the same stream that I missed so I lost the 70 streak streak! The other issue is I don’t know why sometimes it takes over 15 minutes to earn a watch streak…

Open access to points for everyone make access to ALL points. I am a beginner streamer from Russia, and it is difficult for us to gain an active audience from scratch. And points help the development of beginner streamers, so I ask to make points available to everyone!

Fix the fact that they get stuck as notifications once paid out. It's stuck and very annoying having to clear off all notifications manually

Prediction banner There is a bug with the banner of predictions not going away when clicking "dismiss this message" and instead plays a new prediction started banner. I've also noticed they have been stacking up and only after the timer goes away I'm able to remove them.

make prediction results dismissable Allow users to actually dismiss predictions reliable. If the user currently selects to dismiss the prediction result message, it goes away then reappears over and over again. When I tell it to go away, it NEEDS TO GO AWAY!

i dont see my total points on the prediction page anymore - why? it was fine before - why was it changed? i wanna be able to see my total before deciding how many points i wanna spend on prediction. i want this change reverted.

Broken alerts When a prediction ends, the banner announcing this will not dismiss. Does not matter if you click to see details, click dismiss, reload page, even when the timer ticks all the way down, you cannot dismiss the announcement! Clogging up the alerts to the point that you can't tell what is what just makes you want to close chat and not play along at all.

Present in Stream, Active in Chat… Streak Still Reset Has anyone else lost a streak despite being present in the stream for hours?
I had a 58-stream streak in my boyfriend’s channel. I never miss his streams and I usually watch using Google Chrome. I’m mentioning the browser because Twitch support, whom I contacted previously by email, asked me to provide technical details about my experience.
The last stream before the issue was on February 18th, and I was present for almost the entire stream (there are messages from me in chat for over 2 hours).

Expand ALERTS to channel points too Let us add gifs and sounds via channel point alerts. It's great for followers, subs, bits, etc.. but having custom alerts for channel point redemptions without using a 3rd party would be great!

I've never seen a prediction on the chat interface I don't know if that's a bug, but they don't appear for me until the results are out.
