Streamer suggestion with hosting option
It seems that the suggested streamers and hostlist are merged into one, which makes it difficult to separate the two. It would be nice for the Host List (for the channel page) to edit it to flag those that you would like to host while away. I like to support newer streamers that have less viewers and could really use/appreciate the exposure/viewership, but I also like to recommend those that always have 500+ viewers. While I want to show that I would recommend the popular streamers, too, I would rather let my host list show the newer streamers only. Maybe…

Profiles option for different stream setup
As a streamer I stream Music and Video Games. And I do that on two different language to have it more complex.
It would be great, that with a profile selection or so, I could switch very fast between two different streaming setup so far as possible:
- Stream Info (Title, Category, Audience, Tags, Language, etc.)
- Language
- Social links
- Moderation (auto mod, etc.)
- Emotes
- Channel points (rewards & challenges)
- Extensions
- My pages like: About, Panels
- Chat settings like rules
- etc.2 votes -
Stream perks
If the tabs are customizable (enable / disable) a tab for stream perks would be nice, showing of emotes, sub badges, cheer emotes etc. Kinda how the site https://twitchemotes.com does today. With customization boxes where we could ad other perks.

No Black Bars on Offline Chat
When you go to offline chat and the autohost is playing, the player should still be in 16/9 format without the black bars.

Add the ability to link statically to a user's profile
I'd like the ability to link statically to a user profile (e.g. "twitch.tv/u?id=14712815"), so that the link works regardless of the user's name changing.
Comes very much in handy when you need to link to a users page somewhere that is not easily changed later on; for example a news article, or a blog post.

Have stream request
I feel like being able to request streams from streamers you follow or subscribe to would be good. You have a streamer you'd want to watch who might be free and it allows them to know they have people wanting to watch. It'll help mainly small streamers to boost viewers. It could be able to be turned off or on or even have the notification itself for streamers to be turned off.

Implement Stream Intro Themes / Monologue Intro
Similar to the overlay you see before you start viewing a stream that is intended for mature audiences, it would be nice to have a button available on channels that leads to a short intro theme for that streamer's channel - could be a theme song, user-submitted/streamer and Twitch-approved clips of the stream before you go to the live stream.
Also, this slot could be used for a short video entry made by the streamer to lay out what their goals are for the duration of the current broadcast, to let viewers know about important announcements, etc.

Label if user follows you
Like on Twitter a small label next to the "Follow" button that tells you if a user is following you. I think it's an easy feature to add and sometimes good to know.

Upgrade Twitch's channel overlay for events
Add a clock to the stream overlay for events like PAX or TwitchCon. It should show the events current time at all times on the bottom or in one of the corners of the screen. Would be a great help for non U.S. viewers.

Multi-Layout Options for the About/Panels Section
Hello! I think a neat feature for panels and layout settings could be able to set up a few different layouts.. such as how it would appear on mobile devices like a phone, or how it might look on a laptop with a smaller screen. As of right now, I will edit my own About Panels and be content with how they look on my monitor, but if I go onto say my laptop it would look a bit different to how I set it up (different monitor sizes). -
Basically, having a few different pre-set screen ratios (like how…

Upload video with its own channel
Create twitch to have Video upload and separate video channel. This way twitch could grow into competitor of or equal of YouTube. There is already clips so practically you could make creators be allowed to upload videos of their streamers that are cut into shorter content that has information in better format.

Stato
It would be useful if Twitch gave us the opportunity to write visible posts on the home of the people who follow you with a lot of notification. So you don't have to rely on other social networks to advertise for your channel. This can be useful for communicating the live time change, or any idea about your image. In order to make Twitch independent from other social networks and give us creators the opportunity to communicate with those who are certainly interested in our Twitch business. (which doesn't happen on other social networks) I think it would be a…

Subathon
Subathons have become a rising even in many communities, I believe twitch can help streamers organize subathons much like a hype train. Where a streamer can set incentives, a timer that counts down and increases as people subscribe, cheer, elevate, or gift subs.

"Share this stream" button, to share im watching a stream
A simple button to share that im watching a stream, maybe automatically formated with some default text but allowing to editing it, could add the twitter handle of the streamer/game/devs of game by dafault or something. could be beneficial to: special events (with pre formated message), ad campaings, etc.

Implement YouTube's "End Screen" for offline channel screens
Allow Twitch streamers to customize their "offline" page, similar to YouTube's end screens.
Screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/EE1A6bT.pngMeaning, allow streamers to add different components to the offline-screen.
Components could be (or none at all):
- A follow button
- Embed another stream within the same team or list of streamers
- Embed latest broadcast
- (In the future) An offline screen Twitch extension
For partners
- External linksThe background image should still be there for streamers who do not want a customized offline screen.

News section
It would be cool if twitch has a news section, where all the latest announcements about the game, updates, events, can be posted. The content could be the game developers or even the games community and streamers. An example - the WoW section would be full of wotlk hype, dragonflight hype, updates on talent builds, streamer reviews on the game features. This section could evolve from a news section into even a game bulletin section, where you can feature articles, streamer posts/videos, live streams, links to Amazon / steam to buy the game, merch links. How you don’t have such…

Turntometer/ like-meter
Appearing on the side of a twitch stream; a bar graph or bar meter that displays the energy or "turntness" of one or more select subscribers. Maybe "judges".
The meter is controlled by a virtual sliding switch or maybe a knob on a viewers twitch panel.
The viewers avatar is displayed under the bar meter to show who's cranking the like meter
or
Every viewer has access to the sliding switch and an average of each input is implemented into the like meter displayed on screen
For added flair if the meter maxes out, some kind of animation plays
