account bug, I can't get a companion because payouts aren't set up (I chose to pause payouts).
Hi, I haven't been able to get a companion for over six months because the payout settings are pending review. I've contacted support over four times, and each time they advised me to simply reset everything. Like a fool, I reset everything each time, but the payouts remained pending review. I tried every payment method, and ultimately, I chose to stop payouts. I just need the companion functionality, and I don't care about the pennies Twitch pays.
What should I do to get a companion? It's impossible to communicate with Twitch support; they only respond to underdeveloped artificial intelligence.
